Tea Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of vegetable oil
- 2 cups of sugar
- 6 cups of flour with 1/2 of baking powder
The easiest way to surprise members of your family during family afternoon tea/coffee gathering is to serve something else beside regular drinks and cookies which have been bought at a grocery store. These home-made biscuits are ideal for such a lovely company. You should try it.
Instructions
- Make dough and make small scoopfuls 1cm in diameter. When you have finished making these scoopfuls press them on the top using your finger and fill these dents with jam. Put them in the baking can and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes. Be careful not to overdo the cookies. When baking process is completed, sprinkle them with icing sugar. Bon appetit!
