How to Make the Most Delicious Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Ever!

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef, or turkey

2 medium white onions

4 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons sea salt if you have it, or table salt

1 small jar of crushed garlic

1/4 cup orange juice

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 Jars spaghetti sauce with meat sauce base

2 tablespoons of Oregano freshly cut into small pieces, or you can use Oregano from the jar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite) optional

1 small can tomato paste

1/2 cup of a rich red wine (only if you want it)

1 can diced tomatoes, or you can dice 3 tomatoes yourself if you feel like the extra work

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 boxes Angel Hair spaghetti (could be wheat if you like wheat) I like angel hair and wheat, less calories too.

In a large frying pan add vegetable oil. Let oil get hot, bring fire down a little, and then add ground beef or turkey. Put in all of the meat. Break it up as you add it in the pan. Add the pepper and salt, small jar of garlic, onion, and Oregano. Let simmer and cook until meat is all brown and done. Once the meat is done, transfer to a large deep stew pot. Then add orange juice, brown sugar, can of tomato sauce, enough of the spaghetti sauce to your liking, the diced tomatoes, and your favorite barbecue sauce (optional) and last but not lest, the red wine. Again, use the wine at your discretion.

Let simmer on a low fire for about 30 minutes so that all of the ingredients can mix well. Once you taste the meat sauce and it's finally to your liking, of course share the spoon with a loved one, stir occasionally and just let it simmer on a really low fire. Your spaghetti should be boiled already.

Plate spaghetti and add enough meat sauce to your liking, then, top with grated Parmesan Cheese and grated black pepper, if you want too.

Walla!

Warning, could be too good to be true, so eat up with a nice green salad if you want and some garlic cheese bread. Oh watch out now. This could be heaven on earth. Don't hurt yourself, but go for seconds if you can handle it...
