it because it got really stiff & tough. It's hard to spoon out of the jar and is impossible to spread. Is there anything I can do to save this batch, like maybe reheat it and add more water or something? This was my first attempt at marmalade and the recipe said "heat until jelled (45 minutes)" I think I should have removed it from the heat when it looked like jelly, that was after about 5 minutes.
