KitchenAid Mixer Review

The new sexier KitchenAid Artisan Mixer comes in 28 different colours, and it is slightly bigger than the previous KitchenAid Classic mixer. There's a few more additional accessory and attachment included in the package, like the plastic pouring shield (to make sure your batter doesn't spill when you pour it into the mixer).

As you can see in the picture below, the hugest change and advantage is the handy handle on the side of the bowl and the bowl itself is bigger, which can hold up to 5 Quarts at a time.

The motor in this tilt-head Artisan mixer is a little bit stronger and faster than the Classic, which is 325 Watt and that will definitely help you handle those heavy dough and whatnot.

KitchenAid also include a recipe book & instruction manual in the package. So you can start baking right away even if you are a beginner.
