different types of desert
people like dessert after a healthy meal. but generally we have dessert only when we are invited to someone's home like in parties and weddings. everybody likes dessert but in a small quantities. so we should learn how to make dessert at home in some easier way. the recipes are shown bellow....
sour cream with fruits
take 2 cups sour cream with 4 table spoon whipped cream add sugar in it around 4 table spoon (fat free sugar) and 2 table spoon of icing sugar. mix it for 10 minutes then add 1 pinch of vanilla extract, later add all kinds of fruits and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour, serve it with rooh afzah (fruit syrup) or ice cream...delicious
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar powder
warm milk thick 2 cups
vanilla extract 1/4 tea spoon
corn flour or custard powder 1 table spoon
add egg yolks and sugar together stir it until it is melted nicely. mix milk and corn flour or custard powder gently,add it with yolk and sugar. turn on the stove and stir the mixture slowly and then add vanilla extract with it. after 10-15 minutes pour the mixture in a bowl and keep it there for 5 mins to cool down then add fruits on it.
you can decorate the custard with honey syrup and walnuts.
milk thick 4 cups
basmati rice 1/4 cup clean
sugar 1/2 cup
rose water 1/2 table spoon
saffron water a pinch
clean rice with warm water and keep it in a warm place for 10 minutes. turn on a stove, take a saucepan pour the milk and stir it with a large spoon, then pour the warm rice and add all the items one by one,saffron water,rose water and sugar, stir the items gently. cook it for 1 hour and serve it with walnuts,almond and raisins.
