I would have to guess that this horrified man ("What!?  No gas!?) was not driving around in early 1974.  That time it was a matter of fixing a broken pipe, either.

That might be a good guess.
        I'm filling my gas cans.

Not me.  I can go anywhere I truly need to go on battery alone.  Electric cars are da bomb!  (Won't go camping any time soon, though - that motorhome takes 80 gallons to fill!)

Might get out of mowing the lawn, though! lol

You must be in the sunny states, that I am not.

              Nope - Idaho borders Canada.

Yes, it does.  Are you up near the border?  I am in MN, with a lake between me and the border. Its wilderness country in Voyageurs National Park border waters.

No - I'm in Boise, on the southern side.  I get up to northern Idaho often, though, to within about 50 miles of Canada.

Mn, though - I can understand the wonderment of not mowing this time of year!  My brother lives near Minneapolis and is always singing the blues about the temperatures there.

I was just looking at photos of the beautiful state of Idaho. You have some rugged country around there.

I'm waiting for the leaves to fall, then its one last time of mowing for the year.  I don't mind the temperatures, I would rather have to put more cloths on then not be able to take enough off.   tongue

With the leaves falling its gotten slow going hunting for mushrooms in the woods, they get camouflaged.  But, so worth it this time of year.

We won the best national park location for sun rises and sunsets this year.  Its a boost for the area's fishing & tourist businesses.

                    USA USA USA!

My wife is going home to GA this week and her father says it's a struggle to find gas anywhere.  I know back in 2008 we had a gas shortage in Ga and some of the gas stations were charging up to $10/gal where you had people following the gas trucks and fighting to get gas.

If you don't have stocks in gas, you are screwed?
Sounds like an election year 2008 repeat.
      Fill up those gas cans!

it is situations like this that speak for a demand  and a call for Government regulation of energy company rip offs .

Exactly, more regulations coming.  I caught wind of the government buying up gasoline (more than normal) a couple weeks ago.

How did the oil line "bust?" Apparently, the war has started. Its here on our soil. Hillary is happily anticipating her election and the escalation of it. Enjoy the peace and beauty of this country while it lasts, I say.

They could very well be connected.  Seems like coordinated efforts to anyone with any military experience, or a thinking brain.

Hillary Clinton describing the New York attack as a “bombing” even as the network criticized Trump for using the same description.

CNN edited Clinton's "bombing" remark out as well as other MSM.   They are so corrupt and going along with the narrative.   Obama wants to bring more Syrian Refugees into the US, and so does Clinton.   It wouldn't go well if Americans knew Muslins were making bombs.

Proof, Clinton on video saying "bombings".
Trump gets criticized for correctly calling it the same.
Jake Tapper is not a journalist, he is a false reporter.
