I heard that the 60:40 split between the hubber and hubpages is arrived at by the hubs appearing to be authored by the hubber 6 in 10 times then appearing to be authored by hubpages 4 in 10 times.

If this is right, does Google analytics view all of the page views and other stats regardless of who appears to own the hub, or are the stats only showing the 60% of activity that occurs when the hub is owned by the hubber??

Well, I think I made that as clear as mud?

Thanks in advance to anyone that figures out what I'm trying to ask!

The ad impression times are what's split, not the authorship of a Hub.  Your Hub will alwasy show as being owned and authored by you.

You get 100% of whatever is earned during the time that your affiliate codes are associated with your Hubs, which is 60% of the time (randomized).

Ah I see, that makes sense. Hence analytics can measure the data of all activity but you only get 60% of the ad income.

        Thanks for the info.

You can easily see this by looking at the Adense page impressions vs unique page views in your Analytics.  It will be about 60% of the page views.
