Suikoden was a fun role-playing game on the Playstation 1 system. In this game, players had to create an army by recruiting 'Stars of Destiny' from all around the world. Chapman - Talk to him at the Antei armor shop when your castle is at least level 2
Eikei - Talk to him at Teien when Tir is level 40 or higher and your castle is at least level 2
Hellion - Talk to her at the Teien inn when your castle is level 2 or higher
Jabba - Talk to him at the Rikon appraisal shop when you have a Nameless Urn in your inventory

Jeane - Talk to her at the Antei rune shop when you have castle level 3 or above
Lotte- Talk to her at the Rikon inn when you have castle level 3 or higher. Agree to find her cat. The cat is in Kaku outside the Inn.
Mina - Talk to her at the Antei inn when Tir is wearing Toe Shoes. Dance with her.
Anji - Talk to him at Pirate's Hideout when your castle is at least level 3 and you have Tai Ho and Yam Koo in your active party. Defeat him and his partners within five turns.
Kanak - Joins with Anji after you defeat them
Leonardo - Joins with Anji after you defeat them

Kasios - Talk to her at Scarleticia Castle with Milich in your active party
Qlon - Talk to him in Antei after defeating Milich and having at least castle level 3
Kasumi - Joins automatically
Georges - Talk to him at Kirov Inn and have your castle level 3 or higher. Beat any of his records.
Lester - Go into homes in Kirov and taste the stew. Then go into the south home and talk to him when your castle is level 3 or higher.

Sarah - Talk to her in Kirov when you are castle level 3 or higher. Agree to help her. Buy Sugar at the Item Shop and give it to the villager in the Inn. Then give the resulting Yardstick to the villager who is to the south of Sarah's location. Give the Salt to the villager in the Item Shop. Give the Soy Sauce to the villager at the armor shop. Bring the soap back to Sarah.
Blackman - Talk to him at Kalekka without stepping on his plants. Exit and re-enter the village if you step on them.
Kage - Talk to him at the Secret Factory and pay him 20,000 bits.
Kessler - Talk to him at the Secret Factory
Ledon - Talk to him at the Secret Factory
Melodye - Talk to her in Kirov with the Sound Rune in your inventory

Crowley - Talk to him on the third level of Cave of the Past with a level 4 castle or above.

Leon - Talk to him at a house in Kalekka, then speak to Mathiu at your castle. Give the letter to Leon.

Fuma - Talk to him at Dragon Knight's Fortress after your castle is at least level 3.
Kreutz - Talk to him at Dragon Knight's Fortress with Humphrey in the active party
