Dungeon Siege 3 Corrupted Creator Final Battle

In dungeon siege 3, the final battle for the hero takes place at the Eastern Forest, where Jeyne Kassynder has been able to call upon a corrupted creator of the dungeon siege universe, or the old gods, to take on and destroy the hero. This dungeon siege 3 battle takes place in the East Forest near the first Legion Chapterhouse. The East Forest is where Jeyne has escaped to after being defeated by the hero at the Spire. Being engaging the corrupted creator, the hero must first overcome lots of falling stars or corrupted archons and archon soldiers from the sky. Eventually the hero reaches the clearing in the East Forest, and Jeyne calls on the corrupted creator to destroy the hero once and for all.

Dungeon Siege 3 Tactics for Defeating the Corrupted Creator

In dungeon siege 3, the corrupted creator is one tough foe indeed. Anyone wanting to defeat the Corrupted Creator in the final battle at hardcore level will have to spend many hours devising strategies in defeating the corrupted creator. To obtain the best strategies in defeating the corrupted creator, one has to know the tactics used by the corrupted creator.

There are two main stages to the fight. The first stage is defined by the full to two thirds of the hit points that the Corrupted Creator has. At this stage, the boss monster itself has several attacks, including a huge right handed claw attack straight down or from side to side. At the same time, it can spit out spiral energy bolts that are mighty difficult to dodge. At hardcore level, one strike and the hero is destroyed. Use your best abilities to dodge the energy bolts, and then wait for the monster to summon fiery archons to help with the battle. When the archons arrive, dodge round, and then use empowered auras of immolation to burn up the archons.

Finally the corrupted creator is reduced to two thirds of the hit points, at which time it will change its strategy. It will call upon massive numbers of minions and archon soldiers to surround and destroy the hero. Again leave traps of auras of immolation around and then dodge away and allow the minions to be reduced to ashes. The corrupted creator will then breath out black fire. Again dodge this, when this is dodged, the corrupted creator will appear to run out of energy and collapse onto the ground. This is only temporary though. Seize this moment and jump into the area immediately next to the creator and create empowered auras of immolation and pillars of fire. At Anjali's level at this stage of the game, the boss monster will be burnt away quite fast. Depending on Anjali's stats and build at this stage, it may take up to two to six repetitions of this attack cycle to defeat the corrupted creator.

Dungeon Siege 3 Reward for Defeating the Corrupted Creator

The rewards for defeating the corrupted creator is the endgame - you win the game of dungeon siege 3! If one had used Anjali to complete the game, then the dungeon siege 3 achievement of "fiery ending" will be awarded, which is rather apt for this particular archon vs archon final battle.

At the end of the game, the hero can either spare Jeyne Kassynder or send her to oblivion. Then a series of cut scenes will be activated which will chronicle all the consequences of your actions at various points in the game. And some teasers about the possibilities of further dungeon siege sequels, and downloadable contents........
