- Some people get really competitive. You will want to lay down some boundaries such as: do not aim at the eyes, do wet the hair or plain old -keep it clean!
- Choose teams either by gender or family and have a friendly game similar to laser tag or paintball.
- Buy small water guns for younger children, so they can have their own water fun, You don't want them feeling left out.
My Personal Experience
For many years, I would give my kids end of the school year parties. I have a lot of kids (7), so each child was allowed to invite a certain amount of kids. The invitations always stated, "Come prepared for summer water fun." . I purchased enough water guns, soakers and blasters for each child. I also provided water sprinklers, a slip and slide and water balloons. I also purchased inflatable pools for them to enoy.
I don't think I have to tell you that the kids had a great time. They made memories that they will always have. They'll probably do the same for their kids one day...
