Remedies for Scanty urination

Scanty Urination is a very painful disease,in this the patient has the urge to pass urine but can't pass it easily he/she has to put a lot of pressure to urinate. This often causes pain and burning sensation in the bladder, which makes the patient restless. Regular consumption of any of the following herbal medicine mentioned below would benefit to have clear urine and bring relaxation to the patient.

• Take a tablespoon of cucumber seeds and sesame(til)each(both rich in fatty acids) and make a fine paste, consume it twice a day with milk or ghee for 2 weeks or more if required.
• Grind fresh amla(Indian goose berry) fruit with water and make a thin paste. Apply the paste around the area of the navel, urine will pass freely within few minutes.
• Mix mustard oil with water and apply it well around the naval it makes your belly cool and help to pass urine freely.
• Water melon seeds contain a glucose called Cucurbitrine(marginally effective anticestodal compound which is also found in pumpkin seeds ). The milky juice of those seeds obtained after grinding and staining (through the muslin cloth). A spoonful of this juice if consumed twice a day helps a person to urinate freely.
• A patient must drink, three to four glasses of undiluted cranberry juice for a few days in cases of urine infection(it gives an urge to urination).
• Banana eaten regularly is useful in case of scanty urination,eat it after having food everyday.
• 2 green cardamom pounded and consumed with milk ,helps to clear your bladder and even stop leakage.
• Drink water in which bran has been soaked overnight it helps to stop the urge of urination.
• Have coconut water ,it helps to give free flow of urine .
• Sugarcane juice helps in solving this above problem
• Drink water from a copper utensil .
• Have butter milk with coriander blended in it after food
• A herbal remedy for scanty urine is to take few leaves of Butterfly Pea or aprajita plant and have it for few days ,it will help to get rid of your scanty urination problem.
• Have 20ml of castor oil with warm water to get clear urination.
• Drink ample water to clear urination problem
