1. Energy - Potassium and enzymes in apple cider vinegar help to give you renewed energy. Apple Cider Vinegar, honey and garlic contain many vitamins and minerals which strengthen the immune system.

2. Tonics.

  • Apple Cider and Honey

Add two teaspoons of raw honey and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Take twice daily.

  • Cinnamon and Apple Cider

Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of powdered cinnamon to a glass of water Drink two or three times a day.

  • Garlic & Vinegar

This is a tonic that will energize you. Peel 6 garlic cloves then chop them finely and add them to a small glass jar of apple cider vinegar. Close the jar tightly and keep in a cool, dark place. Take at least twice a day.
