Updated on December 26, 2013

Phil Hoffman Weight Loss Author

Finding the best weight loss book for 2014 can be a tough task for everyone. With thousands of weight loss books being published daily, how can anyone be sure that their getting a legit weight loss book for the new year. I read a book a few weeks ago written by fitness trainer Phil Hoffman, he's the founder of the HoffmanFit system. The book entitled "The 9 Principles for a Lean & Defined Body" was one of the best weight loss books I've ever read. Once I began reading the book, I knew Phil Hoffman was an expert in weight loss. Hoffman has spent more then 3 decades of his life studying weight loss, nutrition, and biology. Philip has a B.A. in Biology, Master of Science degree in molecular biology and biochemistry. I knew right away that Philip was more then qualified to write a great book.

Phil created the HoffmanFit system, which is a weight loss system that helps you develop lean, strong, and toned muscles while reducing fat. Phil's book defines how proper exercise and nutrition effects the results of your body. The HoffmanFit system not only helps you lose weight, it helps you build tone and definition of the muscles. HoffmanFit is the only fat loss and muscle building program that includes a special meal preparation system guaranteeing a lean and defined body at any age.

Philip Hoffman is well respected in health and fitness, by his own peers, and by all of the people he's helped over 30+ years. I highly recommend that you read this book, especially those who that are suffering from obesity and being overweight. Hoffman goes into details in his book explaining what most weight loss and muscle building systems do to lure you into their programs. He also explains why and how these other fat loss systems fail you. His book gives you a complete view into educational fitness and health, teaching you exactly how his system works and stands up to the biggest critics in the industry.

New Weight Loss Systems Are Released Daily

It can be very difficult choosing the best weight loss book or best weight loss system for you heading into 2014. With thousands of new weight loss books and system hitting the market monthly, how can anyone make a sound decision on the right weight loss system to use. Nearly all new weight loss programs are scams, aimed at targeting you and your insecurities about yourself. They use great marketing strategies and talk about how easy it is to lose weight with their system. However, most of them will fade as quickly as they came into the market, being replaced by a batter and easier weight loss regiment.

Sadly, their target audience is anyone that is obese and trying to lose weight. They target those looking for help with their weight, men and women that have battled weight loss issues most of their life. They offer a quick easy fix that will only fail in the end, leaving you more depressed then you ever was before. It's very easy to fall for these promises, right? If you've been trying to lose weight for years, you would try anything that may offer help. Most weight loss programs offer supplements, nutritional products, fitness items, and anything else they can sell to you. Don't fall for their trap, most of these weight loss systems are after your money, nothing more.

If you're looking to find a new weight loss system that works, make sure you take the time to read reviews. Reading reviews are a great way to find out if a weight loss system is legit. If reviews are negative, stay away from the program. Make sure you take the time to search through Google, see what others are talking about. Don't jump to the first weight loss system you see, take time to investigate the program you're considering.

Tips For Finding The Best Weight Loss Book

There's several great tips that will help you find the best weight loss book for you. Above, we briefly talked about taking the time to review the weight loss book. You can look for product reviews or search Google. Websites such as Amazon give buyers the chance to review the product they bought. If your weight loss system or weight loss book is on Amazon, please take the time to read all the customer reviews. This will give you a great idea of what the product is like and if it's working for others.

Before I bought Philip Hoffman's weight loss book, I went to Amazon and read the reviews. At the time that I bought the book, his fat loss book had a 5 star rating. Once I began reading the individual reviews, I knew that HoffmanFit was legit. At the time, it has 60+ 5 star reviews, that's pretty impressive. The reviews were very positive on the book so I chose to read it. Most websites that sell books offer the same reviews, always make sure that you take the time to read the reviews at hand.

Experience should matter to you and you should be choosing a weight loss book that was written by an expert. This was another reason why I chose this specific book. I knew "The 9 Principles for a Lean & Defined Body" was written by a professional expert. Before you buy any book about weight loss, fat reduction, or building lean muscle, please take the time to review the author. You don't want to get a book about weight loss and the author have no experience in weight loss. This should alarm you and you're better off going elsewhere. Know the author and weight loss system you're trying. Never risk buying a weight loss book from an inexperienced source, always verify the author.

Obesity is no joking matter and you have to be aware of weight loss scams. I know you want to lose weight, I know you want to get healthy. If you didn't, you wouldn't be reading this article. In all honesty, most weight loss systems could care less about you. Their only worried about you buying their product and this is wrong. However, it happens daily. Don't be another statistic, always make sure you review the weight loss system you're considering. If you have any questions about the book or weight loss questions in general, please be sure to leave a comment. I hope you have found this article helpful and thanks for reading.
