Eat Stop Eat Diet Review Does It Work

Updated on February 17, 2010

There are a lot of different diet plans out there, as you have probably already figured out at some point. What you may not realize however is that many of these plans do not actually work. Then again they might work for some and not for others. The latter is actually quite true of any diet plan and as such it should be expected.

There are also a few diets that actually do not work at all. If you look carefully into some of the legal cases as of late, you will note that there have been a few cases filed against weight loss companies that have either over-promised, or actually provided harmful materials. For this reason you need to be careful who you trust when it comes to your health!

What we have for you today is a weight loss method that is actually very easy. You do not have to subscribe to an expensive program and you will be able to eat anything you want. Does it really get any better than that?

When you choose the eat stop eat method you will have to do a number of things. Basically the entire diet is based on you fasting for two days per week. By doing this you will prevent the body from starving. You will lose fat, but you will not lose muscle mass, essentially increasing the metabolism and encouraging the production of the HGH hormone.

When it is finally time to eat you will have the option of consuming anything you desire. Most diets will keep you on a food intake that you really do not like. Did you ever try one of those diets where they give you specific portions to eat? You have to face it, those meals really were not that good, and they were in fact extremely expensive. Being able to eat whatever you want certainly has it's advantages.

There are of course a few things that you will need to take note of. First of all this is not going to be easy. Fasting has never been a cakewalk, and it might take you some time to get used to the two days where you are eating nothing. Though this is a hurdle, it is not by any means one that cannot be overcome.

The only other hurdle is the Eat stop Eat guide which consists of 326 pages. For those who are not huge fans of reading this may be a problem, but for those who truly want to lose weight, this will be but a small obstacle, and as soon as it is passed, you will find that you have entered a new diet program that may very well be the last diet you need to try.

But how much does it cost? You might be quite worried about that, but in all honesty you don't have to worry! You will only pay about $57 for this Eat Stop Eat Diet program, and all of the extras. I dare you to find a better deal.

Do take note that this diet will work for anyone that tries it, so long as you have the willpower to stick with it and follow the book to the letter. This is not some half baked solution to your problems, it is the diet to end all diets, and by following it, you will be on your way to a happier, healthier life. Are you ready for that? If so, then get to it!
