Praying For Gabe Lyall-Prayers For Children
Superhero Gabe Lyall
I came across a page on my Facebook account a few weeks ago and it touched me to the core. I wanted to do something special for Gabe and his family. I want you to meet Gabe Lyall, Gabriel Lyall is a beautiful 4 year old that loves life to the fullest. Gabe was diagnosed with stage 4 Hepatoblastoma, a rare form of childhood liver cancer.
Hepatoblastoma is a rare form of childhood liver cancer that affects about 1 out of 1,000,000 children. With most cases, it usually occurs within the first 18 months and nearly always by the age of 5. Hepatoblastoma is a very rare disease and due to this, it's often overlooked. Diagnosis can be made by biopsy, imaging, and specific blood tests.
Hepatoblastoma has four stages:
Stage I – A tumor that can be completely removed through surgery (liver resection).
Stage II – Stage II usually consist of a tumor that is mostly taken out by resection. The small amounts left over are treated by rounds of chemotherapy.
Stage III – This stage represents a tumor that can't be removed by surgery. Treatment usually included rounds of chemotherapy, follow by resection. Chemotherapy is used again after resection to remove what is left behind.
Stage IV – By this time, the cancer has spread through various organs in the body. In most cases, it starts in the lungs.
The Bond Of Family
Gabe has a very loving family and he is the son of Josh and Erin Lyall. I don't personally know them, but they've inspired me. Josh and Erin, I can't imagine how you feel. You've showed strength, bravery, and courage, just as Gabe through this process. I look at all the pictures of you and Gabe, I commend you both on all your efforts to give Gabe happiness. I know this is a hard time for all of you, I just thought that the family deserved recognition.
If you take the time to see all of Gabe's pictures, you'll see a happy child. Gabe appears to be a big fan of Captain America and Spiderman! Truth be told, Gabe, you're my hero. I'm sure you've touched the hearts of many people and always will. In times such as this, family is all we have. The power of prayer and family can't be denied, a family bond that could never be broken.
Merry Christmas Gabe!
Today, Gabe and his family will be celebrating Christmas!! I know thousands of people all around the world, I've met great friends and partnerships over the past few years working online as a writer. I ask you all to say a prayer for Gabe, his family, and friends. I ask you to share this with your friends, bring awareness for this terrible disease and spread the news of superhero Gabe. They say that pictures can say a thousand words, when I look at Gabe's pictures, I see a happy little boy.
Gabe, we wish you all the best!! Mom and dad, you have tens of thousands praying for you all. God is special and he heals. Prayer is a powerful tool that we all have access to. Prayers For Children
As surely as you live, my lord, I am the woman who stood here beside you praying to the LORD. I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him. So now I give him to the LORD. For his whole life he will be given over to the LORD." Samuel 1:26-26
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27
My family dwells in the shelter of the Most High and we abide in the shadow of the Almighty. We say to the Lord, “My Refuge and my Fortress, My God, in whom I trust!” For it is God who delivers us from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence (sickness and disease). God will cover us with His pinions, and under His wings we may seek refuge. God’s faithfulness is a shield and a bulwark. We will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day, or of the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. One thousand may fall at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand, but it shall not approach us. We will only look on with our eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked. For we have made the Lord, our Refuge, even the Most High, our dwelling place. No evil will befall us, nor will any plague come near our tent. For He will give His angels charge concerning us to guard us in all of our ways. They will bear us up in their hands, lest we strike our foot against a stone. We will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent we will trample down. God says to us… because you have loved me, therefore I will deliver you; I will set you securely on high because you know my name. You will call on me and I will answer you. I will be with you in trouble. I will rescue you and honor you. With a long life I will satisfy you, and let you behold my salvation. (Psalm 91)
