To quicken your path of personal development....

Personal development is a life long journey and one of the most important things to quicken your growth is "Tell it how it is".

The biggest lies we tell are to ourselves so beginning the truth process is an important part of the journey. If you don't begin by admitting where you are right now how would you know what you need?

Owning where we are right now

By asking yourself what your fears are, what your weaknesses are, you then have a place to begin the next part of your self development journey. Write these down and consciously work with them one at a time. If your ego is still in control and doesnt own the fears or weaknesses then your journey will be a much longer and more painful one! If we dont own where we are right now we usually find out somewhere along the track when the weaknesses and fears trip us up big time.

Are you still telling stories to hold up your own mask? Are you playing poor me by not owning your own spiritual choices before you came down here this time for this particular exciting journey?

Can you remember the truth?

Some people have reinforced their own stories so often that they can't remember what the truth is until they meet people who hold the light to the darkness for them by staying clear and reflecting back to them.

If you always keep the same admiring people around you, the same old faces that believe your story then reach out further into new territory where your real awakening can begin.

Start with the little things like never lie when asked a simple question. This may be as simple as not saying you like something when you don't. This doesnt require an insulting response just a truthful one - like - I liked the other one better - Thats not for me. If you begin with editing yourself daily of untruthful statements then you can begin to dismantle the stories you tell others and then dismantle the barriers you have around your authentic self..

Dare to let others in ...........

We are all on a beautiful planet and came here to be who we truly are, simply, truthfully, ecstatically and in gratitude. Dont stunt your own growth by pretending to be someone else, you were made in perfection.

As you miss parts out of your story or change them for what you may think people would rather hear you are turning away from a holy part of yourself.

Each day, become more aware of how you present yourself to those around you, do they really know who you are, how you really think, what you feel in your alone moments. If you dare to, let them in. Remember "Intimacy" In-to-me-see - how good are you at really being with yourself and sharing that with others.

Being who you truly are

Try this great affirmation "I am perfect, whole, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy. Just repeating this in the morning as you begin your day changes your vibration and as your energy field becomes used to this strength and positivity you will see the difference in your more authentic behaviour and so will others. Life becomes so much easier when there is no "trying" just "being who you truly are".

Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing - and that quote is from a lovely 83 year old who I happen to come across along the way, who is still being her magical, authentic self.

Remember, its more daring being who you truly are, you could never come up with an edition of yourself that is more than you - Your Authentic Self.

Happy loving, living and being truly REAL

Namaste Linda
