This Simple Oxygenation Method Prevents Disease

Updated on December 6, 2017

How to prevent or cure any disease

Yes. There is a simple way for us to get more oxygen and prevent disease. That is the message in a new book by Gary R. Renard and his spiritual mentors. This method requires no oxygen masks or tanks, no prescription, and no healthcare plan. Anyone can afford it.The author is quick to point out that most people won't do it because it takes discipline. I would add that most people won't do it because they don't believe it works.

According to this book it does work, and there is an easy way to get more oxygen without getting a prescription. I will give you all the information you need to begin using this method right away. It takes some discipline as I will explain, but it costs next to nothing and the health benefits are enormous.

I like to remind people that in 50 years, if not sooner, much of what we think we know about health will be outdated. Consider this idea that may be accepted as a simple truth in 50 years, if not sooner. There is an inexpensive way to deliver abundant oxygen to your cells. This can be done at home without medicall equipment or health insurance.

The details are explained in a book called Love Has Forgotten No One - The Answer to Life by Gary R. Renard. The book explains how lack of oxygen is the most overlooked problem in the human body. The author suggests 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide can oxygenate every cell in the body and prevent disease. He directs readers to another book called The One Minute Cure for instructions on how to use 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide.

I'm doing more research and following the instructions myself in the meantime. Now I will tell you exactly what the book says about oxygenating your body.

Preventive Healthcare

Here are the short paragraphs from Love Has Forgotten No One addressing the health of the body.and the powerful benefits of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide:

"Oxygenate your body. This last one {health tip} is a little tricky, as it takes some discipline, so most people won't do it. You have to do it right and follow instructions. It's essential to your health to realize that the lack of oxygen is the most overlooked problem in the human body. A cancer cannot live in the presence of oxygen. If you could properly oxygenate all the cells in your body, then most diseases would be prevented, or cured if you had one."

"The best way to oxygenate the body is through the ingestion of 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide. This is not to be confused with the 3 percent stuff that dentists and doctors use, which cannot be ingested without potential harm. There is a regimen that can be followed to oxygenate the body properly with the 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide. The best information about ti is in a little book called The One Minute Cure, by Madison Cavanaugh. As we said, the instructions must be followed to the letter, and most people won't do it because they don't have the discipline. But if you do, it's one of the most powerful things on the level of form that you can possibly do for your health. Don't take too much. It's done by putting drops of it into water. Follow the instructions."

- Love Has Forgotten No One, by Gary R. Renard

That was it. Two paragraphs that promised I could remain free of disease by following a simple and very inexpensive regimen.

Explain it to me like I'm an 8 year old

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) consists of hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2). According to proponents of the One Minute Cure, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) makes oxygen (O2) and water (H2O) when the enzyme catalase acts on it inside the body. Wikipedia explains the process:

"Catalase is a common enzyme found in nearly all living organisms exposed to oxygen (such as vegetables, fruit or animals). It catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen.[1] It is a very important enzyme in protecting the cell from oxidative damage by reactive oxygen species (ROS). Likewise, catalase has one of the highest turnover numbers of all enzymes; one catalase molecule can convert approximately 5 million molecules[2] of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen each second.[3]

This is the most clear information I have found to support the idea that hydrogen peroxide oxygenates the cells in our bodies. I am unclear about why there are so few studies to confirm or refute the validity of this process as it relates to our health. I am not talking about drug company conspiracies. I just think that research requires funding and funding comes from corporations which stand to benefit from the research. I'm not aware of anyone funding studies to test the idea that ingesting hydrogen peroxide increases oxygen and prevents disease.

I may not be able to fund a study, but I can afford to buy some 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide and make my own study of the effects. I trust the author of Love Has Forgotten No One based on my understanding of his three books. I even met him in person at a seminar in Baltimore a few years ago. My careful reading of his books and personal meeting with him inspired me to accept his advice about hydrogen peroxide.

My Small Contribution

I welcomed the chance to start drinking distilled water with drops of hydrogen peroxide. I quickly purchased an 8 oz. bottle from Amazon and read the One Minute Cure. I was able to read the book online without buying it and I will tell you where to find it.

First, I would like to share what I have learned. Without drawing any conclusions about disease prevention, I can say a couple of things with certainty. One is that I followed the instructions in The One Minute Cure carefully. I experienced no side effects of any kind - no stomach ache or discomfort at all. Nothing to give any indication of positive or negative effects. That will have to come with time. I am not fighting any disease and have no known health problems. I will share my experiences in the months and years ahead in order to leave at least one record of the long-term effects.

The other thing I want to share involves the discipline that is stressed in Love Has Forgotten No One. When I first read about the discipline I thought it meant you had to be diligent about drinking the mixture 3 times a day. That is not where the discipline comes in. The discipline is in our eating habits. The instructions call for abstaining from certain foods for three hours before drinking the mixture and for one hour after drinking it. To be on the safe side, I do not eat at all for three hours before and one hour after. This is not easy. It means avoiding food and drink for much of the day. I strictly monitor the time to make sure the hydrogen peroxide does not mix with the wrong substance inside my body. Specific instructions are provided in the book. I urge you to follow them carefully to avoid risk.

Over-the-counter Oxygen Formula

I said I would share how I was able to find the book online. If you Google "One Minute Cure Freedom School", the entire book is available online in pdf format. I am including the link I used to order 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide from Amazon.com (to the right of this paragraph). Please share with me your experiences and I am happy to publish any comments positive or negative,. I am especially interested in scientific evidence that supports or contradicts the information i have shared.

Note: Gary Renard's books are written with the help of two Ascended Masters who appear and speak to Gary. It's not necessary to believe in the source of the message to benefit from the ideas shared. I have read each of Gary's three books and been amazed at the depth of the spiritual teachings. When the latest book listed this method of preventing disease, I decided to share it with you.
