  • Make a list of the things that you eat on daily basis. Review your own diet chart from a neutral perspective. The main purpose of this activity is to find out a reason of your belly fat.   • Make sure that you stop eating at-least 3 hours before you go to sleep.   • If you are wiling to loose your body fat quickly, you should stop the sugar intake. If you cannot completely stop taking sugar, reduce it to a notable point. Soda drinks, corn syrup, and coffee usually contain high quantity of sugar, try not to use these things. Instead, you can take black coffee, and try to replace cream and milk by skimmed milk products. Packed juices that are available in the market contain high quantity of sugar and other sweeteners, you should also avoid them.
  • Do not eat snacks frequently. This is a really useful trick to control your body weight. Try not to take junk food with you while out or at work. You should eat vegetables and fruits. The food that contain fiber is more useful for you in reducing your body fat. It ensures that you do not over eat.
  • Do not use foods that contain trans-fat. Avoid taking processed or tinned food because they contain preservatives and additives that can be harmful for you.
  • Always take good and healthy breakfast, and do not skip it. It is the base for the rest of the day. It is not true that skipping your breakfast can reduce the overall intake of calories.
  • Make a habit to take a glass of water or soup before every meal. It would help in preventing yourself from over eating.
  • Try to use skimmed milk or soy milk instead of full cream milk. If you are above the age of forty, this tip can be really helpful for you as it helps in reducing the estrogen level in your body, which is the main reason of fat on your belly.
  • Increase the intake of water, green tea or mint tea. It helps in flushing out the toxins from your body.
  • Try to take 4 or 6 light meals at small intervals, instead of 3 heavy meals. It would help you in digestion, and you would feel more energetic than ever before.

These all are easiest and the safest tips that you can use to get rid of your belly fat.
