Wilkes-Barre, PA: A Small City in PA and the Health Care the runs it Part 2
Past the pain...
I do hope you could feel where so many people are even right now. There is not a PG way to describe where and how someone feels as they fall and hit the proverbial rock bottom. There are times when the nights get breezy and cold loneliness take even your imagination, and even if you had an ear to borrow...what would you say?
This is a problem we have that requires everyone working together to fix it. I do think there are ways for us to fixate one goal and take aim at solution. I have seen locally in Wilkes-Barre, PA a hospital with cold unhealthy food, poor finance policies with over and under spending, and extra blood work when transferred to another in network hospital. Therapists and staff actually knowingly making false statements about your treatment. This all does decrease the effectiveness of all networks and lessons the chance people may ask for further help at the time of a crisis. I believe most importantly there should never be a threat of going to a hospital. If it is a threat the doctor should be removed and the hospital needs to be investigated.
These are all issues that effect the outcomes of how our society reacts. We should look up to and look out for these people. The truly have gifts only those knowing them closely would know.
Again I want to sound off as a positive we can meet these issues; stop the wrong and begin to break the foundation to build what will help our society now. Look out side the box and into other cities. I think there are a few that have great ideas that could be altered to at least help one town, then we can work on the next one. Thank you for sharing this article with me. Please feel free to list opinions and questions. Please do not think all of the people working with and in the hospital are the problem, they are often hoe how some get through the day.
