If you are passing from a garden and suddenly you saw some people laughing! what they are doing? You know that they are trying to make their mind fresh and healthy. But do you know that laughing can help to lose weight?
Yes, You must have heard about that. But now it is proved. Researchers of Vanderbilt university from USA, did an experiment on 90 people and told them to laugh. Some people laughed and some not. People who laughed they have lost energy by by 10 to 40 calories. This fact alone may induce a weight loss of half to 2.0 kg annually! There are thousands of laugh clubs worldwide now invite people to, well, laugh out loud together.
laughing is a physical activity that uses muscles and requires more energy than standing or sitting doing nothing. It does burn calories and you do lose weight. You must see the pictures in news papers and on websites that are saying too much of weight loss in no days. But they all are fake. They provide pictures saying before and after! but they all are made by computer softwares. So, Don't believe that and you can lose weight just laughing. That is really fact.
