Hello, make an appointment to see you doctor soon. Don't say that you "think you are bipolar". Factually describe your behaviors and concerns regarding your mental health. Let your doctor do the diagnosing or refer you to a psychiatrist if necessary. Making such uneducated assumptions just adds anxiety. There could be any number of other conditions that could be at the root of your problem. Sometimes there are physical conditions that could cause a change in mental status. Just please see your doctor and try not to worry prematurely.
