HOW TO KEEP YOUR HEALING MIRACLE AND LIVE IN DIVINE HEALTH
There are people who receive miracles of healing but come back to start complaining of recurrence of the sickness. Some of them will say, “I thought I was healed of that pain but I started feeling the pain again, please pray so that that it will not return again.”
You don’t have any reason to loose a miracle God gave to you. Whatever God does is permanent, it does not reoccur; it is fear and doubt that make people feel that the sickness is still there. For you to keep your healing miracle, you must:
BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN HEALED AND SAY IT
When you hear the word concerning your situation, don’t doubt, believe you have been healed and confess that you are healed, tell people about what God has done in your life and by so doing, you keep your healing miracle.
There was a woman in the Bible who suffered from hemorrhage for about 12 years but having heard about Jesus, she made up her mind to touch his garment and instantly her flow of blood dried up. She knew she had been healed but she wanted to go away secretly but Jesus who knew what will happened if she did not say it, asked who touched him and the woman confessed and told her story and how she was healed.
“And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately. And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.” Luke 8:47 & 48
Jesus knew that she will lose her miracle of healing and that was why he made her testify. So, it is important to testify what God has done for you, as this will confirm it and make others to also faith for their own miracles. After the woman’s testimony Jesus confirmed it by making her whole, it also brought glory to God.
I always tell people about the healing miracles I have receive in my life, I like telling people because the more I talk about them the more confident I become in God and more lives are touch by my testimonies.
So, learn to testify about what God has done in your life.
MAKE POSITIVE CONFESSIONS
Always make positive confessions, after receiving your healing, don’t give in to suggestions that come from the devil. When you confess positively in line with God’s word, you are saying the same thing with God. Even if you still see symptoms that suggests to you that the disease may still be there, confess that you are healed.
The story of the fig tree that Jesus caused when he found out that there was no fruit on it for him to eat when he wanted to eat from it, makes us to understand that the tree died immediately he caused it, but the leaves were still green until they next day when he passed by the tree with his disciples that they realized it.
“And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever. ……………. And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.” Mark 11:14, 20-22.
You may have received healing but still feel symptoms of the disease, that should not trouble you at all. All you need do is confess that the sickness was cursed to die and so it remains dead. Continue to declare that you are healed because the word of God says so, “…..By whose stripes ye were healed.”1 Peter 2:24.
STAY AWAY FROM SIN
Having received Christ as your Lord and savior, you have to avoid any thing that will make you sin against God. You should make friends with your fellow Christians and not people who will not help you grow in your Christian life. Making friends with unbelievers will bring you down and will also make you lose your miracle because instead encouraging you in the word of God, they will make you fall into sin and make you feel that you were not healed after all.
“Be not deceived: evil communication corrupts good manners. Awake to righteousness and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God…….” 1 Corinthians 15:33 & 34.
So, always stay in the right environment and with the right people as this will help you grow in your Christian life.
ALWAYS STUDY THE WORD OF GOD AND PRAY
God does nothing without his word, regular study of the word and praying the word will help you keep your healing miracle. The word of God will keep you in divine health.
“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst if thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:20-22.
You should have hunger for the word, take time to study the word of God and it will stir up faith and power in you and you will live a victorious Christian life.
ATTACH YOUR SELF TO A BIBLE BELIEVING CHURCH
The word of God is clear about fellowship with other Christian believers, some people profess to be Christians yet they don’t believe in fellowshipping with others. Fellowship with others will help you grow in faith and the spirit of God will bring the blessings of God upon your life.
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much more…………” Hebrews 10:25.
“Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity... for the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.” Psalm 133 : 1 & 3.
When you fellowship with others, God manifests his presence by his Spirit and brings his blessings upon you. So, never neglect fellowship with other Christians.
Dearly beloved, you should always meditate on the word, always make positive confessions, pray without ceasing, stay with the right people and see yourself grow in the things of the spirit and live the victorious Christian life by living in divine health.
