How to Protect Yourself During Flu Season

I like to play hooky. Occasionally, however, not be sick for real. Unfortunately, we all have been sick one time or another. I remember the flu went around several times at my job. I missed more time off from work that year than ever before. It seemed like every time I went back to work. I was sick again. That year I received my first flu shot. Never again will I ever get a flu shot. I asked my doctor. How do you stay healthy around sick people? He told me, as I will you a little later in this article. You have heard on the news or read in newspapers. People of all ages are dieing from the flu. In the past elderly people or people with health problems died. Unfortunately, this is no longer true. Being in the public is risky. It is not possible to avoid the public. Not live a normal life. Now more than ever we have to pay attention to our health. Now we have to take many necessary precautions.

Zinc: If you are around people whose sick. You can purchase Zinc Lozenges. You will find them where the cold medicine is. Where you find Hall’s the hard candy like medicine. The greatest thing about Zinc Lozenges, they taste great and they come in several flavors.

To stay healthy year round take a Zinc supplement. Recommended daily for women is 9 mg. Recommended daily for men is 11 mg. Research has shown that Zinc has a proven ability to fight colds and shave off days of cold symptoms.

Vinegar: I can go on forever writing this article about the benefits of Vinegar. I cannot stress the benefits enough. Sense I have used vinegar. Which has been about 15 years? I haven’t seen the doctor for anything but having pink eye. I also have not seen the dentist. Not even for a cleaning. All I do is make a tonic by adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one 8-ounce glass of water.

Hand Washing: Very important to your health (Men) Do you know you can get herpes. Let me explain why. Men go in the restroom with the herpes. They use the restroom. Do not bother to wash their hands. You go in to use the restroom. You have put your hands on the doorknobs, flushed the toilet. Put your hands all over your penis.

Then the man or men before you have herpes. Now you do!

Let us face it we cannot keep from picking up viruses off surfaces. We cannot very well wash hands every time we touch something. We can though raise the odds by keeping our hand clean. We have less chances of picking up germs. We need to be conches of what we do with our hands. Keep your hands away from your face. Do not touch any part of your face unless you use a tissue. Really, we should wash hands before using the restroom and after.

Now days you can carry in your pocket hand Sanitizers, which is great!
