4. Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album
Haven't heard Glee? You'd have to be hiding under a rock or not watch TV to have never heard of the tv show Glee. The high notes hit and harmonizing is amazing. This is currently the best selling album on iTunes.
Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album is twelve-songs strong.
- We Need A Little Christmas
- Deck The Rooftop
- Merry Christmas Darling
- Baby, It's Cold Outside
- The Most Wonderful Day Of The Year
- Last Christmas
- God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen
- O Christmas Tree
- Jingle Bells
- You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch (featuring k.d. lang)
- Angels We Have Heard On High
- O Holy Night
The first two songs have a fast tempo - almost rap. They put their unique spin on some Christmas classics like Jingle Bells and Angels We Have Heard on High. O Holy Night is especially well sung.
Good blend of fast and slow tempos. If you watch Glee on tv you know how well the actors/singers can harmonize.
5. The Gift by Susan Boyle
Susan Boyle captured the world's attention when she sang "I Dream a Dream" on "Britain's Got Talent" in 2009. She released her first album in November 2009. Regardless of how you feel about Susan personally, the woman can sing!
The Gift is Susan's first Christmas album and it includes 10 tunes.
