Valentines Day is not that far off. I have over the past year created a number of Valentines Day Hearts that I would love to show you! I am very proud of these works of art and have posted them to my zazzle store on a wide range of products.
My hearts are all my own original works and my preferred art style is fractal art. I guess you can call me a fractalist. Fractals do not often come in heart shapes and especially in the styles I have created. I know that may sound like I am tooting my own horn, and to a degree I am tooting my own horn. There are in fact other artists out there who create heart fractal works of art that I actually learned from. The thing I have noticed is that not to many have focused on creating a good portfolio of fractal hearts, in favour of more traditional fractal artworks.
I personally, really love hearts for some reason. Call me a gooey sentimentalist if you wish (no one who knows me would agree tho!) but I do love the potential in heart art. Valentines day is a strong day of the year for exactly this type of art actually. Think about all them hearts you see on cards and such, well someone designed them.

So this part of the article is my completely shameless self promotion part, unlike the thinly veiled self promotion found just above this bit! I am learning, slowly, that it takes more to be an artist then to 'be and artist'. You have to love your art so much that you can promote the heck out of it with passion, because you know it really is that good.
My zazzle store is where I sell these designs online. I simply upload each image and post it onto the products where I think it will look good. I get to be a bit of an artists with what I post designs to! Once I have placed and positioned the design I can post it to the market place and *bang* its in my store. I am even happy to add my images to items I did not see as being suitable if someone asks (no one has yet tho).
The range of product types that are on offer with zazzle include the classic items like greeting cards and post cards, stamps and even envelopes. Zazzle also offers a range of fantastic gift items, from t-shirts and tote bags to iPad and iPhone cases. In addition to those big ticket type items there are smaller, less assuming gifts like keychains, magnets, pins, stickers, bumper stickers and mugs. I have not even managed to cover all the different types of things on zazzle, just those most relevant to the designs I am showing off here.
If you would like to check out how these designs look on different items or are just curious in general, please come on over and check out my store at KirstenStar. I hope to see you over there!
