10 Ebay Alternatives

Updated on September 2, 2011

Below you will find a list of 10 ebay alternative and my review of each, choose well. If you want to check out a wide variety of ways to make money online check out our hub: 55 Ways To Make Money Online.

1. Ebid

Ebid is similar to Ebay however you do not pay insertion fees at all and only pay a percentage if your item sells. You can add buyitnows free and you can open a store free. They are probably the second most used selling site of this kind after Ebay.

2. Bonanza

Bonanza is very close to Ebid in terms of traffic but one thing I would say about Bonanzle is that it has probably the best user friendly interface for selling on the web. Much better than on ebay. They are very quick to answer sellers questions. You can transfer items easily from Ebay to Bonanza without errors. Much like Ebid you do not pay insertion fees, store fees or for buyit now insertion but just if your item sells you pay a small percentage. Bonanza also offer programs where you can get their affiliates to help you sell your items. I would highly recommend this site as an alternative to ebay.

3. I-offer

Ioffer is a little different than some of the Ebay alternatives. If you choose you may list buy it nows and have a store, there are no fees unless your item sells but you also are allowed to receive offers from buyers and choose to accept or reject. I know what your thinking Ebay offers this too but I'm sorry to say I-offer has been around a long time. As their traffic went up Ebay added that option to try to stay ahead of the competition. Either way check it out!

4. Ecrater

Ecrater is more of an estore option they don't run auctions. As with the others you pay nothing unless your item sells then it is a small percentage. I've listed ecrater because they do have quite a bit of traffic.

5. CQout

CQout has a funny slogan that they say to buyers, that they will C-Q-out a deal. It seems silly but it has caught on enough to attract both sellers and buyers. This could be for you as well.

7. Webstore

Webstore is pretty much what it says a webstore for anyone to sell their items. You can open a store, do buyitnow or auctions as well. As with the other options they don't charge insertion fees and only charge once the item sells.

9. Atomicmall

Atomic mall has a nice style and the site layout is well done not quite as much traffic as some of the others but they do have incentives to selling. Give it a check if you have a moment.
