One Final Confessions to the lovers of the countdown.
As I went on down the list of 5 movies I was gonna feature in each one of these 5 at a time Hubs, I would almost always flip the best one with the worst one because I want to start the Hub strong. If you examine the list you'll see where I made these swaps. Every number ending in a 5 or a zero is kick ass compared to the ones above it. The instance that screams out at me is Groundhog Day and The Birdcage. I watch the Birdcage because I enjoy the sound of my wife's laughter but i have seen Groundhog Day 20 times at least. Love that film. Others should be obvious if you go back up the original 100.

The Gods Must Be Crazy is so much better than some of the movies in the top 200. Well...you cant please all the people all of the time. Pootie Tang is crap.
I just counted, I think I've seen 44 of these movies ! How many have you actually seen ? Nice list but you did not mention some of my favorites like - The Holiday
consider: tommy boy, black sheep, pineapple express, step brothers, out cold, ace ventura when nature calls and pet detective, euro trip, etc......

American Beauty was a comedy? and even if it was you consider it one of the best 100 comedies ever made? that my friend is comical....good list tho
What about Super Troopers? or Beerfest? When compared to many of the movies on that list that I don't even consider close to comedy, they should be up there.

You still don't have High Anxiety, Midnight Run, Ruthless People, Get Crazy, Little Big Man, Mr. Saturday Night, Seems Like Old Times, or Freddy Got Fingered, among others, in the top 200...I was happy to see that you included Let It Ride and CB-4 in your second tier, though.
you have to put monty python at number 1 abd where is Jay and Silent Bob strike back that should be number 2!!!!! possibly the funniest stoner movie ever created loved it

Having seen most the movies on the list - it is safe to say American Graffiti is a top 100 movie.

Oh mann! its so not funny that i don't have anytime to see any of these funny movies, which are my favorite type of films! well, not this year anyway as i amm soo bizi!:( and as always, i know where to come to when i need a good funny film!
