Monster Drawing

Above is a monster drawing I drew over 7 years ago, quite often I draw stuff and file it away and even more often than not I lose drawings by filing them away, perhaps it is due to having a couple of hundred sketchbooks all in cardboard boxes and they are gathering dust, well whatever the case I found this sketch and I shaded it and inked it with a good fine point fine liner and it provided a good design for my Zazzle gallery and just another recent monster art sketch even though I drew it years ago.

I am influenced by comic books mainly although horror films do inspire too and the very fact of creating and drawing fantasy creatures is just so interesting and such a creative way of concept drawing that I could just do it all day.

One of the best things I like about drawing monsters is that you can just be free at drawing and there are no limits, just to let your pencil free on paper is about the best excerise anyone can do whether you can draw or not, just doodle! Who knows you may just doodle something you like!!
