The most common technique for making money on the Internet these days is through the AdSense system, created by Google. With AdSense, one can post little blocks of advertisement in their web page, which, when clicked by visitors, will pay some amount of money for the page owner (as well as for Google, which provides the service).

What is good about AdSense is that it is very easy to set up. Once you send your personal information to Google (address, name, bank account), you can start make money by creating content, and receiving clicks.

The second technique is a little more complicated than the first one, but is the best known way of making large amounts of money in the Internet. It consists in finding products that you like and you would like to promote, creating a web site to promote them, and making commissions on the sold products.
