When we eat hot things we get acnes on face and on other parts of body. If we will not eat hot things that contain proteins like egg, meat, fish, milk, etc., we cannot think of gaining muscles. Is it right?
If you just hit puberty, acnes will take time to go, although if you are older, than it has to do with what you eat. The thing is none of us is a skin specialist; however, I could suggest you to visit ediets.com, as it is a pretty good website. They have a beauty section in which you can find info relating to your problem. I remember reading this article in which they wrote that your skin being good depends upon what you eat. Apart from that, they also have good fitness related info also.
Egg cooked, boiled, or fresh uncooked unboiled. Which form of protein is more effective?
Uncooked egg is really harmful as it can cause infection. This is endorsed by the doctors and researchers world over. It is generally not safe. I used to have raw eggs earlier, not now and raw eggs are not easy to digest also. For boiled eggs, egg whites are the best source of protein a bodybuilder could have.
Now you can chose natural protein or buy whey protein

How to naturally supplement your body with protein?
An egg white contains 3.6 gm of protein. An egg yolk contains 2.7 gm but yolk contains high cholesterol, though one egg yolk is not bad. It is rather important to eat a yolk a day, as it is highly nutritious and people lifting HEAVY can eat 2 yolks but do not eat 20 eggs a day as eggs are just a part of our diet and a form of protein food.
There are proteins in cottage cheese, cheese, peanuts, mushrooms, chicken, fish, mutton, sprouts and many more. One can eat all these mentioned in different quantities, so you do not need to eat 20 eggs a day as one whole egg with 2-3 egg whites are sufficient for a day.

Definitely sarovai, you got my point right. Thanks for reading this hub in detail and understanding the benefits of natural protein and the ill effects of raw eggs which can cause infection. Also not many people can digest raw eggs so why we do experiment on our body which is so important to us.
SONI ,,,MY TRAINER told me to take 20 eggs a day without yolk only white portion ,,,and u r saying that it is not good for health,,,if we are not able to get protein from other source then it is easy and best for us to eat eggs to get protein,,,,,,i also want to know is it rite to eat unboiled eggs
Mukat. It is advisable to not eat so much eggs for a standard person but if you are able to digest 20 eggs per day, it is your own body which can handle it. Have you heard about the law of individual differences, if not, then for your knowledge in this case, I would say just one thing in simple terms that" different people have different metabolism system for example if you take two persons and ask them to do 100 push ups in a time limit, one is able to complete in that time limit but the other is not. Why not?? Because it his body that gives up before the time is over but if you will ask the same person who failed in pushups to perform 25 bench presses a certain time limit, he will be able to do that and at the same time, it might be possible the other person who won the previous pushups competition is not able to complete bench presses in required time.
So here comes the laws of individual differences so my advice for you is to do whatever your body says but do not cross the limits as it can harm you.
But regarding your question about consuming unboiled and raw eggs, I am totally against it because the chances of raw eggs causing infection are very high.

Really a useful hub. Even I heard most of them recommend for raw eggs with empty stomach will give the strength. With the content from the hub can tell them how it is going to affect, when they eat raw eggs.
Next thing about the no of eggs we have to take. There also we have to be serious. We must know the benefits of items before we start consuming.
thanks
