No-Bake Chocolate Christmas Bark

Chocolate bark is a easy-to-make sweet item when you are short on time but still need something to serve company.

Easy Chocolate Christmas Bark

Whip up a batch of this tasty chocolate bark. Good for the holidays or for any time of the year!

2 cup of chocolate chips

1 cup of smooth peanut butter

1/2-1 cup long coconut.

Melt chocolate and peanut butter on low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Smooth into buttered pan and top with more coconut. Place chocolate bark in fridge to cool.

Cut into desired shapes while still soft. For a fancy look, cut chocolate bark into diamond shapes. Chocolate Christmas bark makes a nice goody to take over when visiting.

Note: You could also add 1/2-1tsp. of peppermint flavoring--especially if you are making chocolate bark for Christmas.
