Evangelicals Best Candidate: Obama vs. Donald Trump--Obama hands down

I’m glad that Donald Trump is going to run for President. I believe that this is the opportunity for the right to truly show their racism. I say that because according to everything that I know that evangelicals are taught to believe, Barack Obama is a much better Presidential candidate than Donald Trump. I know this because I use to be an evangelical. I thought a comparison of the two may help us come to a similar conclusion. Let’s begin with that one essential belief. The belief that Jesus Christ is the savior, I’ll post two comments here and I want you to tell me which one came from the REAL Christian:

· I believe in God. I am Christian. I think The Bible is certainly, it is THE book. It is the thing. I was raised and I gave you a picture just now and perhaps you'll use that picture I found it from a long time ago. First Presbyterian Church in Jamaica queens is where I went to church. I'm a protestant, I'm a Presbyterian. And you know I've had a good relationship with the church over the years. I think religion is a wonderful thing. I think my religion is a wonderful religion. “Well, I go as much as I can. Always on Christmas. Always on Easter. Always when there’s a major occasion. And during the Sundays. I’m a Sunday church person. I’ll go when I can.”

· I am a Christian, and I am a devout Christian. I believe in the redemptive death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I believe that that faith gives me a path to be cleansed of sin and have eternal life. But most importantly, I believe in the example that Jesus set by feeding the hungry and healing the sick and always prioritizing the least of these over the powerful. I didn't 'fall out in church' as they say, but there was a very strong awakening in me of the importance of these issues in my life. I didn't want to walk alone on this journey. Accepting Jesus Christ in my life has been a powerful guide for my conduct and my values and my ideals.

Now which one comes from Barack Obama and which one comes from Donald Trump? If you said the second one came from our president, you are right!!! I can hear you now. He’s just saying that so that he can appear to be Christian. He’s really the Anti-christ.

On with our comparison then—I asked myself the question how many times has Barack Hussein Obama been married. I looked and searched and even did a search on Ancestry.com and found he has only been married one time. He is still currently married to that same woman.

The Donald is working on his third marriage. Those of you who are my age will certainly remember the drama of the first two. Did any us stop to think of what those dramas were doing his children? Oh, by the way he has five by three women.

Then I asked myself—of the two—who has been the most fiscally responsible with their money and that of others. So I searched and found out that Mr. Trump has filed for bankruptcy four times. There may be more. Each time he filed for bankruptcy he left his debtors, his stockholders, and the taxpayers holding the bag.

Mr. Obama has filed for bankruptcy exactly 0 times.

So those of you who know your bible, know that a man who is to lead is to married to one woman, able to control his children, and in control of his household. I just ask you, which one of these guys would you vote for if both of them were white?

My belief is simple, there are millions of Republicans who will vote for Donald Trump, if nominated, for no other reason than he is white and most of those people are Evangelical Christians who would be going against the very BOOK The Donald says he believes in. It’s not because Barack Obama has less education than Trump; he probably has more. It is also not because Obama has all of these skeletons in his closet; he really does not. It is because of the color of his skin and the bad thing about it is that they will never admit it. How sad.
