Control Cravings with a Plan

In this article, Gabrielle Reece wrote that Tufts University did a study and found that 91% of women experience cravings. Your brain is searching for something to make it feel good and most likely will continue to push you until you find that release. One of the biggest reasons we have cravings is we are not eating enough calories throughout the day. Nutritionists will tell you that calorie restriction will often lead to binge eating. Avoid this situation by eating a healthy and balanced diet. If you get cravings, have a bite of the food you are craving for or take a few pieces. Go for the real deal and avoid fat-free or imitation versions.

Thanks for gathering all this information! I esspecially related to changing your life by half-trying. That is how I lost the baby weight, by telling myself I'll work out 5 days a week, but then skip two and only work out 3 and still letting myself eat the things I love, but being aware of portion controll. Even though I "skip" 2 workout's a week, working out 3 days a week has still given me results and is better than before when I worked out ZERO days.
