Two examples of how to serve it up
Thirty seconds to yum.
The title could be about how long it will last once you make it cause this is yummy! All you need are some chocolate chips and a bowl of cool-whip!
Ingredients
6 oz Chocolate chips. Mousse tastes great with semi-sweet or milk chocolate.
Cool Whip (or fake cool whip)

Prepare
Melt the chocoalte chips. You can do this in a microwave or in a double boiler. I use the microwave cause I'm LAZY. When you use the microwave to melt chocolate make sure you stop the microwave and stir the chips. When smears like peanut butter you are done!
Open your cool-whip (or fake cool-whip) and set aside a good dollop. (You will use it again in a few seconds.)
Pour your melted chocolate into the cool-whip and stir. Your mousse is done!

Now make it fancy by pouring it into a plastic sandwich bag. Cut off one corner and squeeze out the mouse in a fancy fashion. I use cocktail glasses because they give this desert a fancy feel. Top it off with your reserved cool whip.
This desert does best when chilled for a while. Make it right before dinner and even your honey will clear his plate.
On a diet? Serving a large number of people? Squeeze the mouse onto teaspoons. Everyone can afford "just a taste."
