Where is Elijah the prophet today? Didn't Jesus say Elijah had already come, Matthew 11:10-15? Jesus said John witnessed in the Spirit of Elijah about the coming of Jesus Christ didn't he? If so then how could John the Baptist turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to the fathers today, Malachi 4:6? Did he do it in Jesus day or is this prophecy for the future?

The prophet Malachi did say that God will send Elijah the prophet before the great and dreadful day of the Lord, Malachi 4:5-6. John the Baptist came announcing the first coming of Jesus to the Jews in Judea in the first century, John 1:1-23. John said he was not Eijah, but Jesus said John had come as Elijah, Matthew 11:14-15, Malachi 3:1. This has been done in the past so will God literally send Elijah in person again or will he send a "work" in the Spirit of Elijah to do this witnessing today for him, like John did? If so where is it being done today?

Some have claimed to be doing the work of John the Baptist as witnesses for Jesus Christ today. Is this a possiblility? Of course it is! God will give a witness in these "last days" in the Church led by the Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh, Zechariah 4:3-6,14, John 16:7-14, Revelation 11:3. There is a Church mentioned in Revelation 3:7-13 and Revelation 12:1-14, that will give the witness that will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to the fathers. There will also be other Churches of God down through the centuries that will also be used to witness this message of Christ's return in the future.There will even be a Laodicean Church left behind that will continue this witness during the Great Tribulation along with a great multitude of saints that will be martyred even as John the Baptist was killed, Matthew 14:10, Revelation 7:1-8,9; Revelation 3:14-22, Revelation 20:4.

Will Elijah literally come back and do it himself? He might but actually God is Witnessing in the Spirit of Elijah in his Christian Churches today. It would be fine with me if Elijah would come back and get in the face of our pagan President and all world leaders and tell them to stop what they are doing to destroy the earth and all of humanity, Malachi 5:1. Our present President, Barack Obama, doesn't think that the only way into God's kingdom is through Jesus the Christ? By saying this, he does not believe the hand of God was used in the founding of this country. He is insulting God the Father and Jesus Christ. He is like an ancient Pharaoh denying the work of God here now in the USA, Exodus 7:1-6. We need someone to get in the face of this unbeliever! How about you? Are you interested? Will you be ready? The Days are getting closer to Christ's return. Are you willing to place yourselves in harms way to get this message out to the world the way John was moved to do in the Spirit of Elijah? Why was God interested in using someone like Elijah? Where is he located in the Bible? What made him such a special prophet for God? We can find Elijah first mentioned in the Book of Kings, 1 Kings 17:1. He was sent by God to king Ahab of the House of Israel. He warned the king and Israel that God would withhold the rain for three years because of his and Israel's sins. This was after The House of Israel had seperated from the House of Judah. Starting with king Jeraboam Israel went after foriegn gods and provoked the God of Israel to anger. Elijah was bold and met Ahab face to face to tell him to repent and turn back to God. Very few of these kings of Israel ever repented. God was long suffering with them but finally had to send the House of Israel into captivity. It is their descendants today to whom the 'Work" of Elijah is being sent today to the present descendants of the House of Israel. God will send Prophets with a final witness before Jesus Christ returns. Those that have been given this responsiblity in the Spirit of Elijah need to be like Elijah and John the Baptist and boldly witness to the leaders of the nations of Israelites (House of Israel) and the House of Judah or Jews today!

John the Baptist was a type of Elijah sent to the Jews to announce the first coming of Jesus Christ and the beginning of the Church Jesus Christ founded in 31 A.D.. This witness is to continue down through the ages up into our days. In these last days before Christ returns this "Work" is to go out in the Spirit of Elijah again to the Lost Tribes of Israel scattered among the nations of the world, Acts 1:7-8. Both the House of Judah and the House of Israel were witnessed to by Elijah and both Houses are being witnessed to today along with all the nations of the earth. If you know where the nations of the House of Israel are today then you will know where the witness of Elijah through the Holy Spirit is being done today. Bennett, Steven M.Collins. These men and groups that they belong to have extensive information on the where-abouts of the Lost Tribes of Israel. Satan has negatively effected some witnessing of God's Churches and makes the witness of the Laodiceans different then the witness by the Philadelphia Church of God, Revelation 3:7-22? One Church has that first love of Jesus Christ while the other one thinks it is self sufficient and has everything already but has become lukewarm because it rejects the Holy Spirit as a Person of the Godhead. Also, some have become deceived and preach a different gospel than the Egalitarian Church Jesus Christ sent his disciples to do, Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:19-20. Some have not heeded Jesus example to keep his Holy Sabbath Day, the Seventh day of the week. Some have changed to a different "Day", the First Day of the week.. Others have been following the hierarchal pagan chain of command leadership roles that are contrary to Jesus servant leadership requirments, Matthew 20:25-28. They refuse to let the other half of Christ's priesthood (women) to serve equally in Christ's work, 1 Peter 2:4-10. So you see there are pagan ideas hindering some of the work of John the Baptist in the Spirit (Holy Spirit) of Elijah, Zechariah 4:6.

Many of the different nations peoples are descendants of the House of Israel but have been deceived to keep different days than the 7th Day Sabbath and God's Holy Days, Leviticus 23.They can be included in the witness even though some of their works are not good but they can be accepted because their hearts are eager to serve Christ and profess his name even though some of their works are evil and will be burned up, 1 Corinthians 3:13-15. They have neglected to prove all things according to Christ teachings like the Bereans and keep Christ's Commandments, Acts 17:10-12, John 14:15. Some have become lazy while others are just hopelessly deceived but are willing to profess the name of Jesus Christ and give their lives for Him, calling on him and witnessing for him, Romans 10:12-21. These people can be numbered among the great multitudes who give a great witness, Revelation 7:9.

In every age there have been problems for any Elijah to personally show up for work in the traditional Christian churches. Some are just not aware that there is a need for some to do this work for God as Egalitarians and think that things have been the same down through the ages, .No need for any witness because everything is just fine, 2 Peter 3:3-5 - Knowing this first, that there will come scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation. For this they are willingly ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water perished: but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against that day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. People just do not believe what has been preached about Christ's second coming. They have become too Institutionalized and look to men instead of the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, Matthew 15:7-9.

One big problem why many do not listen is that the Institutonal Churches have not paid attention to what Jesus warned would happen. Most of these Churches are self centered and preach a different Gospel about the person of Jesus Christ instead of the things Jesus warned about in, Matthew 24:4-8. To many of these Churches are led by Patriarchal men who serve themselves instead of the people that need a warning to get ready. These Churches are both 7th Day Churches and 1st Day Churches and even Churches that do not keep any "Day."

Once again Jesus Christ's statement rings true even today. That the doctrine of men who think they are led by the Holy Spirit is still just that, the doctrine of un-inspired men, Matthew 15:7-9. It is vain and will finally lead most to the Great Tribulation experience, Matthew 24:21.There are very few Churches that are really Egalitatian in the "way" of Jesus Christ. Just the same Jesus promised there will be a Philadelphia Church of God with men and women working together preaching in the Spirit of Elijah. These are a people from many differing life styles, Churches and denominations that desire Christ's "Way" of Equality. Its not about which Church is the best one, but links men and women together in the Spirit of Ruach HaKodesh, doing what Christ wants done today in the "Work of Elijah", turning the hearts of the fathers to their children and the childrens hearts to their fathers. Matthew 28:18-20, Malachi 4:6. This is easier accomplished when men and women who receive God's gift of Grace (The Holy Spirit- Ruach HaKodesh) and are working together. Abusive Male Patriarchy has to go the way of all unrepentant flesh into the fiery grave prepared for Satan and his demons, Revelation 20:10-15, Matthew 25:40-41.

There are many different ways for the Work of Elijah to be delivered. Here in the United States of America we have been blessed far above all other nations. What kept this nation a safe place to live in has been the dedication of our founding fathers and mothers to include the Ten Commandments and the teachings of Jesus Christ. There are those that would have you believe that our founders were immoral godless people and would have you believe that George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklyn were deist.

Some people are very gullible and seem to accept things without proof. The fact is they are justs plain lazy and will believe a lie without testing whether what is said is true or not. Don't be like that, prove things for yourself. Yes, there are many different reasons why the work of Elijah can be hindered in these last Days. One of the primary reasons is that there are so many different churches saying they are serving Christ but they can be mislead by ministries of men that miss the important fact that Christ's Church is Egaitarian and not some kind of male hierarchy or chain of command church that only allows men in their ministry. In other words they are "Patriarchal." I know of one that claimed to be the Philadelphian Church of God doing the work of Elijah. However, that Church taught that the Holy Spirit is not a person and that God's Church is a hierarchy. This is contrary to what Jesus Christ taught in Matthew 20:25-28 and John 3:3-8,16-17. Jesus warned his newly appointed male and female disciples against following pagan Chain of Command leaderships examples. Jesus example was "Servant leadership" inspired and led by the Holy Spirit, John 14:16-17, 26;15:26;16:7-14. Nowhere in these verses does Jesus say that the Holy Spirit is the Father but a diifferent "Being" with a different job doing the work of training the new born children of God 24/7 and giving them gifts to do that work, 1 Corinthians 12:1-11, 28-29. This sounds like a Mother to me? How about you?

The apostle Paul taught about this excellent "Way" in Ephesians chapters 4 and 5. Here again Paul shows a unity in the Spirit with Jesus Christ and the Father, Ephesians 4:4-7. This grace is needed for success. When people claim the Holy Spirit is not a person it shows a certain lack of undestanding needed to produce the fruits of the Spirit mentoned in, Galatians 5:22-25. In Chapter 5 of Ephesians Paul describes what the perfect Egalitarian Church should be like, a service oriented "work" set by Jesus Christ. Paul gives Jesus Christ's perfect example of servant leadeship with his Church, his spiritual Bride in Ephesians 5:25-32. If men were to follow his example there would be less abuses against women in the churches that say they are doing the work of Elijah. After all as I have pointed out the Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh lives in the Church of God which is the birthing center for potential sons and daughters of God, 2 Corinthians 6:17-18, John 3:8.

Harmony between the genders is very important in order to reap amazing results through God's amazing Grace, Galatians 3:28-29, Ephesians 3:7-16. And of course those that reject the Holy Spirit as a Person or as some type of male ghost or an "it" make it extremely difficult to preach the Gospel inspired by Ruach HaKodesh. After all the Church and every member of that Church is supposed to be an vessel for the Holy Spirit's presence, 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 2 Corinthians 6:16. Men that reject the Spirit as God are only glorying in their own doctrines of men it is just plain foolishness with God, 1 Corinthians 3:18-21.

Of course this reasoning of men that God is one person, or two or three does effect how each Person in the Godhead is recognized. As an example when the Church of God's patriarchal leader died, leaving the idea that his Church was the Philadelphia Church of God in Revelation 3:7-13, there were many new changes made by men that could see God as Three distinct Persons. All this in-fighting on who God is has a detrimental effect on preaching the Gospel. If only men would stick with the right relationship Jesus taught between His Father and Ruach HaKodesh-Mother, many problems would be solved on how the Gospel is to be preached because that very same Spirit of Elijah would be acknowledged as a bonified Mother Person pouring out her Gifts on Her Children.

It might also be easier for those willing to preach not to suffer so much persecution because God promises to protect certain ones from harms way, Revelation 3:7-13;12:6,14-17. We must becareful to recognized the importance of the first four Commandment given to Moses in Malachi 4:4. Love God- and recognize all three of them, not turning even one of them into a no god or an "it", not taking the name of God in vain as some do to the Holy spirit, and keep God's Holy Sabbath Day Holy, Exodus 20:3-11. The Fifth Commandment verse 12, to honor our own fathers and mothers can also apply to our Heavenly Father- Jehovah and Ruach HaKodesh - Mother, since we humans are made in their likenesses as mothers and fathers, Genesis 1:26-27 & Genesis 2:18,24.

Take for instance this very same Church was Seventh Day and kept God's Holy days, Leviticus 23 and Exodus 20:8-11. There came a change from the Seventh Day Sabbath to the first Day of the week Sunday with the idea that God's Laws were nailed to the cross. However, this is not true because Jesus Christ never changed it, Hebrews 13:8, Malachi 3:6. He is still Lord of the Seventh Sabbath Day and pointed this out to us in Matthew 5:17-18, That heaven and earth would have to pass away before any of God's Laws are done away with. Some just seem to see things different than Jesus. Again, this Church was still a male hierarchy and still did not recognize the Holy Spirit as a Mother Person nor did it have women in its ministry. Since then changes are being made and women are now allowed to serve with men. Whether they will ever get the Holy Spirit right as a Female Personality of the Godhead remains to be seen.

This very same Church has changed its name but knows that Christ will restore God's Sabbath Day and Holy Days so it will be interesting just what new changes they might make if any, Isaiah 66:15-23. If that Church had been the real Philadelphia Church it would still exist instead of breaking up into many splinter Churches. Jesus Christ was not happy with the patriarchy being taught nor the misogyny practiced against women. The Church of Jesus Christ is a Priesthood of all believers, Egalitarian, 1 Peter 2:4-10.

There will only be the True Way of God allowed when Christ returns. No more false teachings and traditions of men will be allowed, Isaiah 29:13. Humans will no longer be able to turn the wonderful teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ upside down, Isaiah 29:14-16 nor will there be any male hierarchy to lay snares for the children of God through Satan's favorite means of deception "Patriarchy", Genesis 3:16-17. But we will see the Lords work in the children of Abraham and all nations, Galatians 3:28-29, Isaiah 29:18-21,22-23. Also, those deceived by human reasoning will come to a better understanding of the right doctrines of Jesus Christ in the Millenium, Isaiah 29:24; Isaiah 30:19-21; John 14:6-7, Revelation 20:4; 21:12-13, 14-16. At this time all humans that chose to do so and thirst after God's "True Way" through the Spirit of Elijah, Ruach HaKodesh the Holy Spirit, can drink from the Water of Life Freely, Revelation 22:17, John 7:37-39.

The Holy Spirit is God and it grieves Her when men ignore Her help and inspiration in a personal relationship with Her, Ephesians 4:17-30, Proverbs 1:8, 20-33. It also grieves Jesus Christ because when he comes knocking, He wants to wake up those in need of a better relationship with Ruach HaKodesh, Revelation 3:14-21. God the Father wants to send forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, Galatian 4:4-9, Isaiah 11:2. So why resist the Holy Spirit, Acts 7:51? Why act like a bunch of hypocrites and deny the very works and gifts promise to you by Jesus Christ, John 16:13; Matthew 15:7-9; Matthew 5:3-12.

Even with this short coming of not having the Holy Spirit right, God still offers us grace by fiery trials to prove us, just as many before us have been testified about in Hebrews 11, the Faith chapter. We need to be careful on how we have our foundations built, 1 Corinthians 3:10-18? Jesus laid the foundation because he had a full measure of his Father and Mother, John 3:16-17, 34-36. We need to make sure our foundation is laid by the Father through Jesus Christ, who has the key of David, and opens the door to our hearts of our human spirit so the Holy Spirit can come in, Romans 8:1-4,16, Revelation 3:7. King David had a broken contrite repentant spirit, and so are we to have one, Psalm 51:2-6; isaiah 66:2. We can still witness by the same Spirit of Elijah- Ruach HaKodesh - Mother. If we open the door of our spirit hearts to the Holy Spirit and then Jesus and our heavenly Father will come and make their home in us too, John 14:23.
