PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police are declining to comment on a radio report that Indianapolis Colts receiver Marvin Harrison is being investigated in a North Philadelphia shooting.
Police spokesman Sgt. Ray Evers had no comment Friday on a report by radio station WIP that Harrison is being investigated regarding a shooting outside a bar Tuesday.
Harrison has not been arrested or charged.
The radio station, citing anonymous sources, is reporting the alleged shooting victim argued with Harrison at Playmakers bar. The victim left and headed to his car, Harrison followed and gunfire broke out, the station reported. The victim was shot in the hand and did not identify the shooter, according to the radio station.
NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said the league is aware of the report and is "looking into it."

A gun belonging to Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison was used in a shooting at a bar Harrison co-owns in Philadelphia, according to Philadelphia radio station WIP.
A source close to the investigation told Anthony Gargano of WIP that a fight broke out of the bar, called Playmakers, when Harrison escorted a man out of the establishment about 5 p.m. Tuesday. As the man fled, gunfire erupted, and he was hit in the hand, according to Gargano's source.
Gargano told ESPN that Harrison and his lawyer have met with Philadelphia law enforcement officials. He said that at this time no witness has identified Harrison as the shooter. Authorities are waiting for other witnesses to come forward.
