Getting my shoes refurbished was a Simple and Quick Process. I went to the MephistoWebStore.com website, gave them my mailing address, and within a couple of days I received a complete kit in the mail at NO CHARGE detailing all of my refurbishment options.
I packed my shoes into the pre-addressed, pre-paid packaging provided to me and sent them off. Ten days later I had my shoes back looking like they did when I first bought them and still fitting me like a glove!

This is GREAT! I remember when I was growing up, my folks took my shoes to the shoe repair shop when they needed new soles or heels. Their thinking was this: Their shoe purchase for me was an investment, not a casual purchase. And being a rough & tumble Texan, I was really hard on shoes. My folks could either replace them or repair them. Shoot, by the time my shoes needed repairing, they were just beginning to get "broken in". So it just made sense - not only from a cost standpoint, but so that I would not have to "break in" a new pair of shoes - to simply get them repaired. Well, thank goodness, Mephisto Shoes need no "break in" period, but even as I get older, I am still tough on shoes, and because of you, I can hang on to my investment for years to come. I just love Mephistowebstore for everything they do. They are THE BEST to deal with when I purchase my new shoes. I also send my old pair in for refurbishment and buy a new pair. This way when they old pair is out to be fixed my feet are as happy as can be in the new pair. When the old pair arrives back to me I have 2 pairs of new shoes. This way I can alternate and allow the proper drying time in between wears. I now own 12 pairs of Mephisto shoes and will continue to buy from Mephistowebstore and build my collection of wonderful shoes.
