This is a group of different kinds and flavors of pizzelles. The dark colored ones could be chocolate flavor ones or the light color ones can be the common anise or maybe vanilla flavor ones. Try to make some of these different ones and enjoy them.

Homemade Pizzelles Recipe.

Hi Gardening Friends

Here is a great recipe that you and your entire family can enjoy and have fun making all together as a family. If you love to make something that is easy to make and a whole lot of fun. You should try making this pizzelle recipe. I think that this recipe if followed right is one of the best tasting pizzelles recipes that you can make that tastes like homemade. So I hope you try this pizzelle recipe and hope you enjoy making them and also eating them with your friends and family.

This is one of the recipes for you. Pizzelles is one of these recipes for you to try. My mother Jean made these for all the important holidays Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Years, and Easter during the year. You can make these pizzelles with your family. Mothers could make theses cookies treats with their kids and have fun doing it and her kids and her will have lasting memories for years to come doing this. Also the whole family can get together and have fun making these treats. Now days even fathers can join in and help make the pizzelles and have fun doing it with their entire family.

Pizzelles

1/2 cup of Butter

2/3 cups of Sugar

3 Eggs

1 3/4 to 2 cups of Flour

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp of Anise

1 cup of chopped walnuts

Pinch of Salt

I double this recipe each time.

Mix all of these ingredients with a electric mixture. When you are during this get your pizzelle iron ready to bake the pizzelles. Follow the directions that came with your pizzelles iron on how to bake them and how long. Let me know if you like to make this recipe? Hope you enjoy this recipe? Also when my mother made pizzelles she would change the one ingredient instead of the favor of anise. She would put black walnut or vanilla flavoring instead of anise. You can make pizzelles out of any flavor you like. There are many different kinds or flavors of pizzelles some other ones of them are chocolate, lemon. The lemon in which is dye yellow with yellow food coloring. Also you can make pumpkin flavor for in the fall months and even red devils food cake ones. So there are many different flavors This is a easy recipe that you and your family can make together and have fun making these pizzelles.

Also after you take these pizzelles out of the pizzelle iron you should let them cool on a baking rake. Then after they cool you can take and start packaging them up in either plastic containers or if you don't have plastic containers you can use plastic freezer bags and I would double them. And then I would put them in the bags and put them in your freezer. You can also place your pizzelles in plastic containers and place them in the freezer. So that you will have them for later. In which you and your family and friends can have them to enjoy the entire year from placing them in the freezer. Now I hope you enjoy making these pizzelles and you and your family have fun eating them.

Little history of the modern pizzelle bakers iron.
In 1906, Angelo Vitantonio received a U.S.Patent for the first pasta machine. Which started a four generations of Italian kitchenware in the United States. Angelo's son Luigi then continued the manufacture of Italian kitchenware in the Little Italy neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio for over 40 years. The family tradition carried on through Angelo's grandson Gene, whose award winning designs are found in many of today's pizzelle baker products. Now Gene son Robert Vitantonia is making pizzelle baker machines for the people in the 21 century.

What you should look for in buying a pizzelle baker iron for making your pizzelles from my mother's recipe. When you go to buy a pizzelle baker iron make sure that you look for what I am writing about below. First make sure that is a Pizzelle Baker. And it makes "Baked authentic, thin & crispy Italian pizzelles. Next check and see that the machine haves a Long, stay-cool handles with clip for the thinnest pizzelles. Make sure also that the machine that your looking to buy is a pizzelle maker haves the beatiful, traditional Italian pizzelle pattern, make two at a time, 5 inch diameter pizzelles. if it haves all of that then go ahead and buy the machine.

Here is what you need to look for in buying a good pizzelle iron.

a. Bakes two 5 inch Italian pizzellles with traditional fiori cookie pattern.

b. Bakes two pizzelles every 30 seconds.

c. Steam Guard. runs entire grid lenght to protect handles and hands from hot steam.

I believe the above information is very important when you are looking in buying a new 21 century pizzelle maker. If you look for the above items in your pizzelle maker you will have a easier time in making your pizzelles with you and your kids. Also after you make these pizzelles and you put them on baking racks and you let them cool for a few hours you can get pack the pizzelles in plastic containers. You can get your containers which you can buy them from Tupperware and you can get containers that are air tight and the pizzelles will be kept for a very long time in the freezer. So if you don't have containers you can find them on the internet site of Tupperware . All you have to do is look up the website for Tupperware. You can fine a consultant to help you buy plastic containers. So now you will have special containers to place your home made pizzelles in. After you place your pizzelles in the containers then you can put them in your freezer so that you will have them later to enjoy.
