5 Virgin Oil Skin Remedies and Some

Clean Grime, Grease, Oil, Dirt or Paint, from hands

This will save you time and money. I love this one. Make a sugar or salt scrub. In some stores I have seen this for up to $25.00. You can make this for around $2.00 a jar or 10 cents for a single use. Mix together in your dirty hands tbs.sugar or salt and tbs.olive oil, rub hand's vigorously together, then wash off with warm water.Your hands will feel great, ex foliated of dead skin cells, soft, moisturized and cleansed in a few minutes. This is a great gift idea.

Clear up Acne

I have seen cleared, glowing skin by sharing this secret. This is from a friend of many years ago Mix together in a plastic a bowl tbs.olive oil and tbs.salt. Work well into your face. Leave on for a couple of minutes. Wash off with warm, mild, soapy water. Do this for 5 days. Then go to one to three times per week The salt ex foliates, the oil restores moisture. Results Natural Face Cleanser.

Make shaving easier

I use this one. It is sweet. In my shower I have olive oil in a plastic bottle. I pour out the oil, spread on my legs and shave. Slide n Glide. Men try it on the mug. My hubby used to tear up his skin but now the razor glides through the olive oil. The skin feels velvety smooth. (Make sure your tub is not slippery after using!) We swore off of shaving cream 2 years ago! I love it.

Dry Summer Hair

Heat 1/4 cup Virgin Olive Oil in microwave. More for longer hair. Make sure it is not to hot. Apply from cup onto clean hair. Work in the scalp to the ends of hair. Put a plastic bag around your head. Clip the bag leave on head for 20 minutes. If you can sit in the sunshine do so. Heat opens the hair cuticle to super condition. If no sunshine not to worry it works very well. Rinse out of hair very well with warm water. For the last 5 seconds rinse with cooler water. Cool water seals closes the hair cuticle and prevents fly away hair. Your hair will love you.

Sugar or Salt Scrub For face and body

I prefer the sugar Scrub but have made and tried both. These are wonderful gifts in glass jars with a ribbon. Scrubs can retail easily for $25.00. Gently rub into skin. Work rinse with warm water. ON final rinse splash with cool water closes the follicle so no dirt comes into pours. Use 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons sugar or salt to 2 tablespoons pure virgin oil for face or body, less oil is you are using for the hands as mentioned above.

Olive oil certainly is amazing stuff - I use it regularly on my hair and to stop my lips getting chapped during the winter.

A good and informative Hub :)
