Introducing: Travel Man’s Virtual Clothing Line in HubPages

Clothes serve as walking advertisement. Clothing is all it takes for me to launch my clothing line, virtually. I called it Travel Man‘s Prints and Designs. Launching it in HubPages will enable me to show some of my personal designs dedicated to some of well known Hub Nuggets and fellow writers who continue to amaze me due to their enthusiasm to encourage us to write what we think is worth knowing in Hub Pages community. Let me be the one to design it, for now.

Hustles and Bustles of Owning and Maintaining a Clothing Line in Public

Every business requires  permit or license to operate; then, a place to launch your store, for example, a clothing line. The rentals for a commercial space is skyrocketing nowadays. Even though, the business atmosphere is not so good  due to the worldwide recession, still, entrepreneurs, like me would like to contribute for the community I belong with.

Many successful businessmen, these days, introduce their stores and products online. The scope is huge, so there’s always an endless possibilities to be known worldwide depending on the importance of your products.

Getting the approval of your immediate family members and friends is a catalyst to launch your business in a larger coverage. A clothing line requires a thorough study and planning.

1) Marketability. Will it cater to all ages or not. If not, what age bracket do you prefer: kids, teens or adults?

2)Designs. How unique is your array of designs. Would it be personalized or just mass productions? Does the name of your business jives with your product?

3)Benefits. Will the wearer recommend it to his/her friends and family? What purpose of selling it will be your main goal to promote it?

Series of research should be conducted before launching your business. You must study the demographics and select the place to sell and captive patrons so that you will not fail. You must start equip with knowledge and skills on how to run it, personally or with the aid of few employees.

1) Screen Printing. It is also called silkcreen printing mostly usable for clothing or frabrics. Amateur silkscreen printer will find the methods tedious because you have to stencil your design then use fabric paints to color it.

2) Transfer Print. It can be transferred with the use of computer or color copier.You can put your images or designs on a special paper then use hot press or iron press to transfer the images to the clothes or shirts. It is much easier and your can put the designs faster to your clothes, shirts or caps.
