Pirate For A Day
70
After a relentless argument over religion in the middle of the week on the forums and assisting newbies here and there with questions I ran across a fun little thread that uninvited writer had started entitled Get A Pirate Name so I anxiously clicked on the link, read the information trying to figure out if I would make a great pirate honestly Cabin Girl is a great pirate so why couldn't I become one? Answering the questions honestly as possible and knowing I wasn't one to gauge anyone's eyes out I waited with anticipation once I typed in my name and low and behold a mystical name appeared. Blood-Letter, I was shocked! "That certainly was not a piratess name", talking to myself out loud. " How in the world did that computer generate such a name?" , I laughed gleefully. Continuing to read what the meaning was , here came the meaning of truth one that amazed me and gave a new meaning to my real name.
Siver me timbers, you're known as "The Piratess Who Couldn't Pour Piss Out Of A Boot With The Instructions Written On The Heel." In other words, you're completely incompetent and would have been better off as a gardener, or interior decorator.
Incompetent now isn't that something? I have not been called incompetent since the time when the pool pump broke it was a 110 degrees and my husband was fuming because I believed I knew what was wrong. Needless to say we had a very heated argument which ended in us spending over two hundred dollars to fix the thing just because my strong will and controlling attitiude that pops out on occasion over- stepped my tongue. I settled into my new name of blood-letter and calmly went to the forum and posted who I was a little disgruntled that I would make such a horrible little piratess and the name took me down a couple of notches but I quickly posted it along with the meaning knowing it was all in jest. Yesterday I scoured the internet looking for my avatar which would represent this cowardless piratess they called blood-letter and finally after searching for an hour I found her. She was sultry, sexy and sitting on her treasure chest. She was to become the one and only Blood-letter! The next 24 hours she was empowered to do naughty deeds, where would she begin? Off and running blood-letter jumped into the forums feeling a little uncomfortable in her skin, she tried her best to be naughty and do dirty deeds. She realized she could not go into the religious forums because nobody would take her seriously however she did attempt to make her point but to no avail, next she ran to the political forum half dressed nobody would pay attention and finally she just scurried around hubpages reading other hubs and staying out of the limelight. Finally after all of that running around she realized that being a piratess was hard and being a interior decorator or gardener was more fun. So blood-letter the piratess left hubpages knowing that being a sexy, sultry piratess was more exciting when most of her clothes were on and it was very hard for her to gouge someone's eyes out.
