Truly I Saw A Ghost
TRULY I SAW A GHOST
standing in front of my door way
looking so huge and tall
one would wonder it is a beast
I screamed so loud and loud
but hardly did I know
That it was noiseless
So noiseless it cannot wake an ant
yet my vocal system was hard vibrating
I pictured here and there
but no sign of a human
Humans are always scarce to find
whenever emergency arise
just like a dove in a desert
I surrendered my heart for slaughter
so I shut my eyes in despair
not knowing my eyes were open
just about to give up
I recalled the sweet pains of death
This ignited my instincts
my thyroid glands starts secreting
flaming up my ego
so I struggled to run
and my limbs seemed unmovable
The more I struggled to move
the more I lose my strength
just like a chicken in
a hawk claws
I had to say my last prayers
to at least secure my soul
a place in heaven
I place I knew nothing about
Yet, I longed for it
now I must let the heavens lose
by submitting so dearly to my hound
So I opened my frightened eyes
it was all a dream
but truly I saw a ghost.
