Pumpkin Spice Cookies
63My grandma loves making cookies for every occasion and season. Christmas has its own cookie recipes, and so does Easter. These pumpkin spice cookies are crunchy, and a great mix with the chewy zucchini cookies for a Halloween or Thanksgiving dessert tray. I sometimes give these out to friends and coworkers, packaged in cellophane and tied with orange and black ribbon.
Note: There is no pumpkin in these cookies. The taste is from using pumpkin spices.
