Recipe Suggestions:
Beef & Bean Burritos - Stir refried beans into Awesome Taco Beef. You can make them from scratch or used canned beans. The results will be great either way. Use to stuff flour tortillas for super beef and rice burritos.
Nachos - Cover a platter with tortilla chips. Spoon awesome taco beef over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle with your favorite type of shredded cheese and microwave until the cheese melts. Add your favorite toppings, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, more cheese, guacamole, etc.
Taco Salad - Making a taco salad is just like making nachos, with the exception of the tortilla chips and the microware time. Instead of covering a platter with chips, cover it with chopped or shredded lettuce. Top with Awesome Taco Beef, cheese, and then add your favorite toppings and you'll have a delicious Mexican seasoned salad in no time at all.
Quesadillas - Preheat a non-skillet over medium high heat. Fold a flour tortilla in half. Spoon Awesome Taco Beef into the tortilla and top with cheese. Spray the skillet with Pam or add a little olive oil. Brown the tortilla on both sides for a super quesadilla. This tastes great as is, and is even better with a side of salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
Enchiladas - Spoon Awesome taco beef into the center of a corn tortilla. Add cheese if you like. Fold the tortilla and place in a casserole dish with the fold down. Continue adding stuffed corn tortillas to the casserole dish until it is full. Pour a can of enchilada sauce over the tortillas, top with a little extra cheese, and bake in a 350 degree preheated over for approximately 45 minutes, or until bubbly. If you don't want to use canned enchilada sauce, you can make your own.
Mexican Cheeseburger Mac - If you are a fan of macaroni and cheese mixed with ground beef, try using Awesome Taco Beef instead of plain ground beef in your favorite mix or recipe for cheeseburger macaroni. This is a unique spin on a traditional favorites.
These are just of the many great dishes you can make in a snap with seasoned taco meat.
