Random Thoughts.....dp

Into the night I lay my wary head

upon my pillow,

With these deep dark thoughts..

so vivid

My third-eye wonders

like a soulless soul,

Lost for all eternity in it's

insomniac state of consciousness.

I close my eyes and await sleep

like a long, lost, love,

That was once the passion of life

but is now a distant stranger

I beg and I plea for her to come

and comfort me

But she alluded me once again   (c)

Let us not look back

in anger

but look forward to life

with the understanding

that, we've made it thus far (c)
