My kids and I love to bake, here is a recipe we made up. It's fun, sweet ad full of chocolate. I hope you enjoy its much as we did.

2 tblsp hard margrine sofened

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup marishino cherry juice

3/4 cup al pur flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder sifted

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 - 1/2 cup semi sweet cholcolat chip

Icing

2 oz cream cheese

2 tsp marishino cherry juice

3/4 - 1 cup icing sugar

Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes in a floured loaf pan serves 8 small peices

Spinkle chopped marishino cherries over icing (optional )
