Scammed By Ajay

Have you been scammed by Ajay Ahuja? I have! I wrote all about it on another hubpage about my USA property purchases.
Many people have noticed that Ajay (or one of his Ahuja Group staff members) quickly removes all negative comments made on his own Ahuja Group websites and forums. So there's a real need for pages like this to expose what he wants to keep hidden.
Crooks, conmen, scammers, ripoff merchants, swindlers and their ilk can only continue to harm others by hiding, by being devious, altering the truth (lying) and so on. This only works for so long. Eventually they are exposed for what they really are and must face the consequences.
Click the blue image on the right, for instance, to see a post to the Ahuja Group website site by someone else currently losing a great deal of money, because of Ajay. It was taken down a few hours later, but not before I copied it for the world to see... by their deeds shall ye know them.
You can also see here another post from a victim of Ajay from 2007. Obviously if I had known Ajay Ahuja was swindling people back then I would not have trusted him and would not have lost so much money because of him.

Ajay Helped Me Make Money - Not!
So far, I have not seen anyone singing Ajay's praises - except of course Ajay himself. If you have been helped by Ajay then your comments are welcome below. I do not expect many.

1. Note Ajay's complete lack of what judges call contrition. He actually claims this damning video evidence against him is "good publicity".

The Ahuja Group, the 3rd party source, the solicitors, the finance company
Lets look at something like this for example.
In your case no refund just blames you for everything. Happens alot with Ahuja. He got your cash what can you do.
In others its like this Ahuja 3K, 3rd party source etc 3K.
Ahuja Group no refund
the 3rd party source, the solicitors, the finance company and many others in the trade things don’t work out, they refund, for allsorts of reasons. Because its correct to do so. Also Ahuja will ask them to. Ahuja makes out he has refunded you. He hasent. He has just shafted his client for 3K
Ahuja Groups client gets 50% back, cuts his losses Ahuja keeps 3k which is all he wanted in the first place. The Client gets advise & realises it will take ayear to get his cash back if ever, if he has a team that can sort it, if the BBC will come with him, if he knowes where he is. Ahuja goes on TV and says he refunds all the time. He does not, watch the TV program, thats shows his intent to refund or not, Ignoring the court. So we all get pissed off with him.
That 3rd party could be anybody including Ahuja Group. We all lose money he just takes your cash for nothing. WHAT IS THAT CALLED _Fr___________en___St_______________________?
What else could it be. Please someone let me know.
How do you get your cash,
through the courts, high court baliff, car transporter, 2 visits from the BBC London insideout program, to his virtual office , to his home, Paul Shamplena Landlord Action, several people with very long standing Judgments against him, me because I got alot of people to gether who did not know each other, the police because he said it was harassment they said it was not. Pay up.
As you can see he has a good grasp of what is fair and he pays up at the first opptunity, to keep his group member happy like most people in his trade and acc. trades do. No he does not.

"Hi NS - If you are going to court then the main person to advise you is your legal representative.
Personally, I would go with someone who has already been successful against Ajay. For example there is a link on my hubpage to the Landlord Action people who got money back from Ajay. Good luck!"
