This recipe is a family favorite. We make it virtually every holiday, and sometimes just because. When we have company over, they always ask for the recipe. Maybe this will save me from writing it out this week. Hope you enjoy it!

• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup Carnation evaporated milk
• 1 stick melted butter
• .
• Topping:
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Boil and Mash 4-5 sweet potatoes

Mix the first five ingrediants, then place in a well buttered cassarole dish.

Mix the topping ingrediants and sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture, Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy
