My definition of tough love is making someone do something that they need to do when they really, really, don't want to do it.

The writing on the Statue of Liberty says:

Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!

***This inscription was not written by the Founding Fathers of our great nation, it was written by the French who gave the United States the gift of the statue of liberty and we should keep that in mind.***

What it does NOT say:

You are free to come here, even illegally, because we are a nation of bleeding hearted wimps. If we tell you no, what we really mean is come and invade, ignore our laws, treat us with disdain and do what ever it is you want to do. Because since the Statue says what it says, we will ignore the fact that you are an invading army, so long as you pretend to be; "The wretched refuse of your teeming shore, the homeless, tempest-tost, huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

We the People, our Government has failed us. They have allowed the one thing, the one absolute duty, they were charged with to fall by the wayside. That absolute duty was to protect us from invasions of peoples from foreign lands.They have allowed us to be invaded by an army at least 10 million strong.

Our Government has left us vulnerable and powerless.

In the Declaration of Independence our Founding Fathers wrote:

"...That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness..."

***Is it time for us to abolish this failed Government? This group of people that have not done the job we hired them to do? Is it our God given RIGHT to abolish our Government if We the People decide to... or is that an act of treason?***

In the Declaration of Independence our "Treasonous" Founding Fathers continued:

"...Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are suffer-able than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed..."

I believe that this long established government is still the best form of government we know of. If the "Government" would simply wake up, get off their backsides and DO THEIR JOB! Getting them to do so won't be easy. They are lazy, slow, none to bright, easily swayed with stories of hardships especially if these stories of hardship also swell their ego, "if only our Government was as good as the Government of the United States, then we wouldn't have to sneak into your country, we could live in a land of plenty like you..."

The truth is the Criminal Immigrants came here for "Easy Money" our minimum wage, for the Illegals from failed foreign nations, is the equivalent of you or me making a weeks pay every hour we work. That is why they come, they can work here for a few years and make a lifetimes worth of money. If they stay in their own countries they will have to work for pennies and will not ever become rich.

We the People were ok with them doing so... until they decided that pretending to be "The wretched refuse of your teeming shore, the homeless, tempest-tost, huddled masses yearning to breathe free" was no longer good enough for themselves.

Somewhere in the recent past they decided that they are better than that, that they should take over and they have. Now it is our turn to take action, this is where We the People have to stand up and say, NO. NO! You may not take over my country and turn it into the same ruined, failed place you left.

How do we stop them? By EVICTING them. By making our Government Officials do the job we hired them to do. By hounding them until they get up, and DO THEIR JOBS! Yes I know the mass eviction of so many hard working poor immigrants and all their children is a terrible thing. It is definitely not the moral thing to do. You Mister President are not in charge of "Morality" YOU sir are in charge of "Legality". The two concepts are marked by different words because they are not the same thing.

Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]."

Even if that citizen considers their actions to be the christian thing to do, legally it is treason. Again Morality and Legality are two separate concepts.

My biggest fear is that We the People will come to the conclusion that Illegal Immigrants are not subject to the protection of the Constitution of the United States. Which in the strictest sense of the words is true. The protection afforded by the Constitution is for Citizens and LEGAL Resident Aliens. I fear the course we are on will lead to We the People arming themselves, patrolling our borders and doing the job, or at least trying to do the job, our Government was suppose to be doing. Which in turn will lead our Government to arresting and imprisoning the good citizens of the United States. Which is exactly what the Illegals invading us want, "Divide and Conquer" sound familiar?

If our Government is chasing us down they aren't chasing them down. How many people have to die to get our Government out from behind their desks, to do their jobs? It is not the job of the People to fix the Governments problems.... the Government was put there to fix the problems of the people... we are suppose to be able to tell you, I like this... or I don't like that...and you are suppose to make it happen as we want it to happen. SO... I don't like you allowing foreign nations to invade my country. Fix it. On September 11th, the day our home was attacked, you did not protect us and your not protecting us now.

...If Doctors fought infections and diseases the way Law Enforcement fights crime...

Doctors would stand around waiting for sick people to die so that they could dissect the dead body and locate the one germ ,among the millions infecting the body, that landed the killing stroke and MAKE IT PAY FOR KILLING THE DEAD PERSON!!!!

Not crime PUNISHMENT...

I think police and other Government agencies have lost sight of what their jobs are.The slogan the police tote is "TO SERVE AND PROTECT" but they have set their processes up to TRICK AND PUNISH. Police Officers don't get promoted for preventing crime, making it so there aren't crimes or criminals. They get promoted for catching and convicting people after the fact. They wait outside places where they think a crime is happening to catch someone red handed instead of stopping those people before a crime is committed. The police even become criminals, break the law, in order to catch bigger criminals, they call it being undercover. The Illegals are criminals. Prevent the crime of Illegal Immigration. China made a great big wall to protect their border. What are you waiting for? We have people that need jobs, and we have a job that needs done... what ARE you waiting for?

Legal Immigrants to me are always welcome, but they have to First and Foremost follow the laws of the country they are wanting to join. It is the laws and the fact that We the People believe in the laws that make our country the greatest on the planet. If your first act upon coming to our country is to spit on our country and the beliefs we hold, then you're really not welcome in our country. The United States is the place where it does not matter what you were born. It only matters what you have it in you to be. It will remain that place so long as we don't allow foreign nations to rape us.

Mr. President, please, Remember always that your job is to serve the citizens of the United States. We the People are not here to make your life better, you're here to make ours better. You're not here to make the lives of foreign nationals better, you're here to make OURS better. You're not here to fix the world's problems, you're here to fix our problems.

Let them fix their own countries, or let them dissolve their countries and swear allegiance to ours and join us, but we cannot reward them for years of law breaking by allowing the illegals, these Criminals, to be called "law abiding" citizens.

They MUST go, and fix their own house.

They claim an inability to change their own governments, they say it can't be done without an army to rebel and establish a new and better government. Well, I say 10 million people IS an army, one that has been to the greatest country on planet Earth.

Take what you have learned and apply it towards the repairs of your country. Or take one of our greatest political truths and use it. To be free, to have Freedom: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." Thomas Jefferson.

Someone else said, "... Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish, he'll eat for a lifetime. ..."

Freedom isn't free, and it can't be stolen, it must be earned.

We the People continue to Earn our freedom everyday, by fighting all over the world against those that would take our freedom away. So Must You if you want to be free.

Once upon a time the United States was big enough for all the people that were disappointed with their own countries to come and start a new life. That is no longer true, it is not big enough to support the entire world's population. You, people desiring to be free, must do what we have done, earn it. Free yourselves and your children, we can no longer do it for you. You must return to your own country and fix it.

Tough love is the doing of good, even though it is also sometimes forceful. There are situations where you must turn their cheek, even forcefully, to get them to do that which they must do. So no, I don't believe in pacifism, sometimes you must fight for what you believe to be right, or in the protection of what is right. Sometimes the other cheek you must turn...is theirs.
