Top 10 Most Expensive Items On ebay

ebay
I had been suffering from a writer's block recently. Looking for something to write about, I took the cue from Paul and Hal and decided to explore ebay. The site is just awesome!. You can find almost anything on earth on ebay. I spent quite a few hours on ebay and then the idea for this article slowly started taking shape. I thought that most people go to ebay for buying things cheap. Then I thought what the sellers might be there for? Surely they must be trying to sell their items for the best price they can get. So I started searching for the most expensive items on ebay. And see what I have found on ebay!. Wow! you must see this too.
Another thing that spurred me to look deeper on ebay is the fact that, when I checked on my ebay affiliate account I found that I made my first dollar there. $7.30 to be precise on some sales. It made me happy too.
OK. No more literature, here are the top ten most expensive items that I have found on ebay. Grab them before they are gone!

ATENT FOR SALE, GOOF PROOF SELF HAIR CUTTING METHOD
Sure Women could get a Haircut for less but would it be worth it? And could it be cut exactly the same the next time? Good hairdresser's don't stay in cheap paying salons and if you're lucky enough to find one in one it's not likely they'll be there long enough for your next haircut. Quality is getting scarce and Money's tight for many these days, Women aren't getting their hair cut as often to save money and may be looking for alternatives. If Women find something that actually works that's Quality at a reasonable price, looks great and will save them money, time, and effort, for years to come (which turns out to be a bargain), the chances are very good they will buy it. With things the way they are right now Now's the time to put things out there that will be economical, ecologically safe, save people time and effort and make them feel good (who doesn't feel good after having a great haircut and saving money)

17c Caucasian Weaving / Rug With Navajo Cultural Motifs
Current Bid: $2500000.00
|
ntique Tribal Weaving With Navajo Cultural Motifs
Not really looking to sell this weaving, but more hoping to get some feedback from Ebayers out there. Some explanation for the disappearance or the total lack of Navajo cultural weaving examples prior to the 1864 relocation by the U.S. government will be really appreciated. There are many examples of textiles in museums that date back 2000 years or more and these have survived so where are these Navajo weavings that were highly prized and traded in as far off places as Europe as early as 1700?

Origami V8 Engine Masterpiece the most complex one
Current Bid: $21000000.00
|
Origami V8 Engine
This “V8-Engine” has semi-realistic exterior and interior detail. It is made entirely from paper (except a motor, a battery holder, a few plastic tubes and electrical wires). No paint applied. It looks pure and elegant. Various shadows created by different light sources make it looks stunning. Many moveable parts include a compound crankshaft, a rapid cooling fan, 8 rods, 8 pistons and a complex compound gearbox etc. It is handcrafted with ruler, white glue and X-acto knife. It took approximately one year to design and construct. Each part is precisely made (for instance, the five separate bearings need accurately alignment). The reinforced structure applied in both inside the body of engine and the stand (most of them can not be seen). The reinforced structures make it very rigid and keep the pieces in the accurate positions.

A dot-tel domain is a TLD, a Top Level Domain, approved by ICANN, and does not require a website or a server, so there exists no hosting fees! The ebay song
Thats it. I realize that I will need to update this page constantly. Well, that gives me something to do!. After completing this page I am dreaming of someone buying something through this page. Wow! It will net me a fistfull of dollars.
When I looked around for more stuff I found out that on February 8th 2006 a yacht was bought by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich for the total cost being $168,000,000.00 USD and on August 16th 2001 a Gulfstream II jet was sold to an African charter airline company for $4,900,000.00 USD on ebay. Pretty encouraging and gives me hope!.
Now, let me go and pray that someone really buys something that is in the list above through this page. If you liked this page don't forget to bookmark this using the 'Share It' button below.

Great hub SS Ebay Affiliate program has been the best one for me. Most of my sales I make pennies but I have sold cars, boats, motorcycles, and have gotten some good $$.
Dear SunSeven, What a brilliant idea! I hope that many millionaires see this hubpage and make extravagant purchases!!! Best Regards, Cory
Your first dollar commission, will fuel you enough,to go all out for a bag full of dollar bills.lol..........each tiny drops forms a bigger drop.........keep it up!
But your approach is different and quite refreshing.
Please please can you list the cheapest things:) hehe just kidding!

Very well done Sun Seven. You have worked really hard on this. But can you tell me if bidding such things are happening in India?
No...you may have to marry an American first. Lol. Nice hub SS.
This is a fun Hub! Just what we need for the end of 2007. :)
This is consumer educative
Yes it can be some very expensive things on Ebay.com.
Hey check out what I am selling esahs.716

Wonderful stuff you have...
Thank you...
See that is why you are a success and I am still a novice.
Here is a serious horror sale.
Selling a beautiful second hand cookbook on Ebay for $AUD13.00 plus $13.00 mail in Australia. Book was to cost $AUD43. mail to USA.
Email from USA Buyer want to Pay a total of $AUD 18.00 postage included for this Cooking book from New Zealand. I did not panic by accepting that 'buy it now price.' Today I received the Total $AUD26.00 for book and postage.
I know Sun Seven It does not match your magnificent prices, but I did think it was a good end of the year laugh.
Thank you all for an incredible couple of months. I have enjoyed the hubs immensely and learnt a vast amount. Please enjoy to night and have a better 2008 than ever.
Here is a late thinker's thought.
If you were blessed and sold something from the dream. Could you tell me how you can sell it, if you do not own it. If you pay their price, you would have to put your $1,000,000.00 on top. This could be the straw that broke the Camel's back.
Just a minor nit pick
I want the steel building. Who WOULDN'T want a steel building? I'd call it NORAD and mastermind diabolical plans and write Hubs till my toes fell off.
that is crazy...thanks for sharing
Dear Sun Seven,
I'm one of your regular readers, and have missed you! So glad to see you back. I find spending time on line, and just reading many things on line that interest me always prompt in me something I want to say (especially if I didn't have an article idea at that moment).
Please know that your regular readers are here waiting for you (I subscribe to your RSS feed).
Best regards,

Ahhhhhh SunSeven!! GREAT Hub!! I will take one of each, through your Hub of course, if you will just keep writing!! You have been missed by so many!! Blessings to you creative writer!! Earth Angel!!
Very interesting stuff. I had no idea that items like this actually sold on ebay. I thought it was more for promotional reasons.
Really a 100+ million yacht sale. Wow! I hope you sell something. Wish I could bid on one of these items for you. What a commission! Good luck.
now new marketplace www.eelux.com will rock ebay
ok SunSeven, how did you get the ads onto your page? I cant be the only one thinking this...lol
I want commission from these bids! Ha.
Nice hub!..^^..I find it entertaining! I wonder who can afford these items?..hmmm...^^
Writers block stinks when it happens,Then you will be at work or driving and everything comes to mind.As of today I call my Daughter with all my ideas and have her write them down. Ebay artice was great by the way. It is amazing the things they sell.
Wow, a compound breast formula for $1,500,000.00? It would be fun if someone would purchase an Ebay item through your hub. You never know! :) Entertaining hub, thank you.
great hub! people with money can be dangerous and will buy anything! lol
Very good work, sunseven, i wish i had the money, so i could buy something from this site, just for you, even if you don´t want to be my fan anymore.
Yours
J.T
Just erase that last line, all of the sudden, the sun shines again
J.T
interestig items. funny though what people who have money to burn will buy these days...
Brilliant idea for a dynamic hub, SunSeven. But I can't really believe some of those prices.
Great hub sunseven if we had the money to bid on them.
Hi SunSeven-This was real entertaining. I knew you could find all kinds of weird stuff for sale on ebay but it is surprising at seeing the real expensive stuff-I have always thought ebay was where you went to find a real deal(cheap).
Besides being entertaining you have shown by example that you can find interesting angles to write about nearly anywhere. Thanks
good advice
I wonder how much the domain names go for, I mean the highest ones, and average price..
nice writeup..
lol great hub!
Very interesting. I would not have thought of this subject. The Buddha looks good.
Hhahaha. Love it. Al Yankovich's Ebay song is hilarious, and it boggles my mind they are selling stuff on ebay up to 20 million!!
It just goes to show what people are selling on ebay, a paper towel!!!
What next?
I too live in the dream of someone buying a large priced item off my hub pages or squidoo lenses ebay modules, but if you target it right there will be a better chance, I know it!
Brilliant sales strategy!!! Has it worked well for you? Wish I'd thought of it.
ebay song simply rockz!!!!!!!!!!!
cheers to backstreets musiq!!!!
nicely done
"You're total today comes out to $21,000,007 for the photo of two men." What I wouldn't give to say THAT to a customer. Jesus Christ, that's insane.
You've got another big hit Sun-Kudos ;-)
That eBay song is hysterical. Great hub and fun comments!
Wow, can't believe that....wonder if I can sell my soul?
I have to learn something new from you.. How the lines in between came and how to build them?
SunSeven, I hope you make a commission off of this hub- Woot!
traffickahuna, I can't be sure, but I think I remember someone DID sell their soul on Ebay.
Very creative...I wish I would know the technical aspect, though. You missed the island for sale. We're only into drums. We have to sell 10 drums for 10 decades to afford the least expensive one...maybe. I don't have my calculator here.
Thanks...you're giving me an idea with those drums of ours. Hope you'll be able to find someone with that kind of money.
eBay is just another temple of consumerism and quite interactive and successful one
i want the ebay song!!!!!!!!!
I give you an A+++ for your creativity in being a very good ebay affilitiate and cookie planter. Very nice approach...
Nice Hub, helpful ideas and entertaining at the same time =)
Nice Hub and good Comments. Keep walking!
is there any transaction for these items?
That was a very interesting hub!
I had always thought of ebay the same way, as a place for deals. Not a place for high ticket items. I did hear of the woman that sold herself and her home the other week.
I will take the 840+ acres! Now that would be nice, wouldn't it. I wish!!!
Keep the hubs coming. Can you do a hub on the top 10 cheapest items on eBay that are the most useless? :)
Great hub!
I love to waste millions and millions of dollars for no apparent reason also!!!! I love this country.
SunSeven - this is a fantastic read! Loved the topic - very entertaining and creative. It boggles my mind that ebay is the venue where people choose to sell these things!
great Hub, very interesting read.
Yes i agree, interesting and fascinating page, lol, but i was looking for the 10 ten most expensive items ever, because of an english speech im doing, see im a student, 14 years old, year 9. My speech is do we spend enought money invested into finding the truth about black holes, quite special:D, but well, i believe in something, and the world should know what is out there. If anyone has any sites towards helping me find information, please email them to gm-jz@hotmail.com. I would be very grateful. Thanks you
Fun to read! I enjoyed that! :)
I LOVE THE EBAY SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some people will try and sell anything.
I wonder if anyone has followed that old expression and tried to sell their Grandmother online?
jhajajjajaja
i love crackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Top 10 Most Expensive Items On ebay
Writing a very interesting
Has anyone bought one of these items here?
Wow! Worth marketing on any of these items, atleast a commission pay check on any of these items from eBay will be awesome and mouth watering. Very encouraging. Thanks for sharing.
Imagine having the money to blow on a $1,000,000 painting? And let's be honest, is it really that good? I agree with Mark, good luck on getting a commission through this hub, that would be phenomenal!
Your Hubs are amazing. I really love how you come up with interesting subjects! This is one of the best Hubs I've read in a long time. Thanks for sharing.
EBAY SUCKS :( :(
