ebay

I had been suffering from a writer's block recently. Looking for something to write about, I took the cue from Paul and Hal and decided to explore ebay. The site is just awesome!. You can find almost anything on earth on ebay. I spent quite a few hours on ebay and then the idea for this article slowly started taking shape. I thought that most people go to ebay for buying things cheap. Then I thought what the sellers might be there for? Surely they must be trying to sell their items for the best price they can get. So I started searching for the most expensive items on ebay. And see what I have found on ebay!. Wow! you must see this too.

Another thing that spurred me to look deeper on ebay is the fact that, when I checked on my ebay affiliate account I found that I made my first dollar there. $7.30 to be precise on some sales. It made me happy too.

OK. No more literature, here are the top ten most expensive items that I have found on ebay. Grab them before they are gone!

ATENT FOR SALE, GOOF PROOF SELF HAIR CUTTING METHOD

Sure Women could get a Haircut for less but would it be worth it? And could it be cut exactly the same the next time? Good hairdresser's don't stay in cheap paying salons and if you're lucky enough to find one in one it's not likely they'll be there long enough for your next haircut. Quality is getting scarce and Money's tight for many these days, Women aren't getting their hair cut as often to save money and may be looking for alternatives. If Women find something that actually works that's Quality at a reasonable price, looks great and will save them money, time, and effort, for years to come (which turns out to be a bargain), the chances are very good they will buy it. With things the way they are right now Now's the time to put things out there that will be economical, ecologically safe, save people time and effort and make them feel good (who doesn't feel good after having a great haircut and saving money)

Chris Riggs for Mayor

Chris Riggs for Mayor is the most famous artist in New York City right now. This painting is a portrait of Chris Riggs.  The painting is 18 inches by 14 inches with 1 inch on the side the sides are painted. Made by Chris Riggs and Betty Kaos with high end oil paint on gallery wraped canvas its Signed and dated. Great for a home, office, gallery, or as a gift. His paintings just like this one sell in NYC for well over a 1,000,000 dollars. His paintings are in galleries in over 50 countries around the world ! He has been in over 100 magazines and in over 20 independent movies.

ntique Tribal Weaving With Navajo Cultural Motifs

Not really looking to sell this weaving, but more hoping to get some feedback from Ebayers out there. Some explanation for the disappearance or the total lack of Navajo cultural weaving examples prior to the 1864 relocation by the U.S. government will be really appreciated. There are many examples of textiles in museums that date back 2000 years or more and these have survived so where are these Navajo weavings that were highly prized and traded in as far off places as Europe as early as 1700?

Origami V8 Engine

This “V8-Engine” has semi-realistic exterior and interior detail. It is made entirely from paper (except a motor, a battery holder, a few plastic tubes and electrical wires). No paint applied. It looks pure and elegant. Various shadows created by different light sources make it looks stunning. Many moveable parts include a compound crankshaft, a rapid cooling fan, 8 rods, 8 pistons and a complex compound gearbox etc. It is handcrafted with ruler, white glue and X-acto knife. It took approximately one year to design and construct. Each part is precisely made (for instance, the five separate bearings need accurately alignment). The reinforced structure applied in both inside the body of engine and the stand (most of them can not be seen). The reinforced structures make it very rigid and keep the pieces in the accurate positions.

14kt.tel

If you are not that familiar with a dot-tel domain, please allow me to share with you a few facts in support of this new phenomenon! A dot-tel domain is a TLD, a Top Level Domain, approved by ICANN, and does not require a website or a server, so there exists no hosting fees! The advertised purpose of a dot-tel domain, is as a single managing and publishing point, for  nternet communication services, providing a global contacts directory service, by housing all types of contact information directly in the DNS, Domain Name System! A dot-tel domain is the only top level domain extension of its kind, designed from the ground up link, directly to contact  nformation stored in the Domain Name System!

The ebay song

Thats it. I realize that I will need to update this page constantly. Well, that gives me something to do!. After completing this page I am dreaming of someone buying something through this page. Wow! It will net me a fistfull of dollars.

When I looked around for more stuff I found out that on February 8th 2006 a yacht was bought by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich for the total cost being $168,000,000.00 USD and on August 16th 2001 a Gulfstream II jet was sold to an African charter airline company for $4,900,000.00 USD on ebay. Pretty encouraging and gives me hope!.

Now, let me go and pray that someone really buys something that is in the list above through this page. If you liked this page don't forget to bookmark this using the 'Share It' button below.

See that is why you are a success and I am still a novice.

Here is a serious horror sale.

Selling a beautiful second hand cookbook on Ebay for $AUD13.00 plus $13.00 mail in Australia. Book was to cost $AUD43. mail to USA.

Email from USA Buyer want to Pay a total of $AUD 18.00 postage included for this Cooking book from New Zealand. I did not panic by accepting that 'buy it now price.' Today I received the Total $AUD26.00 for book and postage.

I know Sun Seven It does not match your magnificent prices, but I did think it was a good end of the year laugh.

Thank you all for an incredible couple of months. I have enjoyed the hubs immensely and learnt a vast amount. Please enjoy to night and have a better 2008 than ever.

Here is a late thinker's thought.

If you were blessed and sold something from the dream. Could you tell me how you can sell it, if you do not own it. If you pay their price, you would have to put your $1,000,000.00 on top. This could be the straw that broke the Camel's back.

Just a minor nit pick

Thanks...you're giving me an idea with those drums of ours. Hope you'll be able to find someone with that kind of money.
